SKILL: ADJUDICATION
The ability to resolve disputes with fairness and legitimate finality. Successful use of Adjudication causes people involved in a dispute to accept your pronouncements as fair, though they may not like them or agree with the reasoning.
In game terms, you'll be able to use the 'adjudicate' command to end a dispute.
