Alisette
From FiranMUX
Mes Alisette Mondarik was born in Luragadin on June 1 in the year 16 B.U. A true Eagle, Alisette loved freedom and living life her way. A carefree child, she grew into a beautiful young woman who found herself pressed into marriage after a night of passion with an unknown young man. Her husband turned out to be the wealthy smith Roenik Mondarik, a member of the Firanos-blessed Mondarik family. Alisette was showered with precious gifts and she bore her husband one son and three daughters in rapid succession.
The family managed to survive the Great War but as the years passed by, Alisette became less and less content with her life and one day, she took Roenik's life savings and took off, abandoning her husband and children. For years no one heard anything about her until one day she showed up in Anarinuell, the city to which they had moved. Roenik was dead, but her children were all still very much alive and in possession of land and a home of their own. None of them welcomed Alisette with open arms, not even Orelia, the eldest and the one she had always been closest with. Alisette however was nothing if not determined however and so over the years she kept trying to get back into her children's lives. The fact that her daughter Lasanna and her grandchildren were ennobled became a source of great pride to her.
Alisette's good looks, charm, and aptitude for good luck never faded and it was this which likely made Lord Anzo Iberik decide she was the perfect choice to host the 'treasure hunt' for his fortune following his death in 44 A.U. Shortly after the contest started however Alisette was found murdered. By the end of the contest more irregularities had taken place and a Mer Lorenzi Kiriakos of the Old City was arrested and charged for her murder. Although sufficient evidence to link him to this crime was never discovered and he was executed for another murder, Mer Lorenzi is still beheld as Alisette's murderer in the public's eye.
Alisette died on Saturday April 15 in the year 44 A.U. and is survived by her son Sir Omiak, and her daughters Lady Lasanna, Sister Zoey, and Mes Orelia.
