AROSETTE TANELISH

Arosette Tanelish grew up in comfort and married into luxury. Although spoiled by her mother as a child and her husband Tramen as an adult, she was nothing so much as a vivacious, loving individual, happy with her life and family. All this -- all her joy and extravagance -- was stolen when, one night, a fire swept through her home, killing her two sons who never had a chance to awaken, and her husband who died saving her. Only her daughter, who was staying with Arosette's mother at the time, survived.

Arosette, scarred and destitute and lacking all her previous enthusiasm, left Luragadin for Anarinuell, where she was told her relatives lived -- and they did, as the noble Tanelishes. There, lacking finances, she became a servant, and gradually grew accustomed to working, and to life without her husband and her two little boys. It's said that misfortune struck Mes Arosette yet again, though, as in 36 A.U. she disappeared and was never heard from again. Only her daughter, Lissa, remains.
