SKILL: ARTILLERY

Knowledge of the design, construction, and most effective use of siege engines and large-scale weapons of war such as catapults, rams, siege towers, ballistae, and so on. Artillery is the also skill checked when trying to hit targets with catapults and similar weapons.

In game terms, you can use Artillery to create a blueprint for the construction of a piece of artillery equipment, to actually build the equipment based on the blueprint, and to use the equipment once it's built.
