ATTICUS

Atticus had been born on January 10 in the Bear city of Eeshor a few years before the Shamibelians came and forced many to flee to Caldera City. He had been only five years old then, living the harsh life of a slave and seeing many horrible things. Perhaps his notable naivety stemmed from wishing to ignore or forget the bad things in his past. Once he regained his freedom, he returned to Eeshor to rebuild his life. An advantageous marriage to a wealthy middle class woman encouraged him to pick up and move to Anarinuell to try to reclaim his heritage with his wife and precious daughter. That heritage -- being accepted as part of the Teranzik Family -- was filled with obstacles, the biggest being his own daughter Chrystina. Until the day he died, he firmly believed his little girl was innocent of attempting to poison food at the Teranzik manor back in 23 A.U. Despite her being turned into a beautiful ruby statue.

Atticus died in the air raids of the Spring of 33 A.U., when a falling griffon smashed into his family's apartment at the Bear Claw apartment complex. He is survived by his wife Rufina and their only remaining child Tazesha.
