Auditors

Overview
AUDITORS
Auditors are special Republic Officials that work with the First Division to investigate commoners who sell goods or services without a noble sponsor, or who fail to pay their sponsors appropriate fees, currently judged to be about 75 of either profit or total net sale (depending on how good someone is at math). Auditors report to the General of the First Division, retain a Republic salary, and are investigators. When they think they have a case, they can bring it before a judge, and if the violator is found guilty, the Auditors are entitled to 25 percent of whatever fine is levied by the judge. Because of this, Auditors are nosy and must have legal skills and are reminiscent of the modern day IRS agent.
