BARNA GARKANSEN

Barna Garkensen was born an Aurik of the Gold Dragon Clan. She was lauded for her cheery behavior and devout, monotheist ways which were prevalent in everything that the young woman did. People around the city were often gifted with her bright, tasty, pink cakes for either their birthdays, a special occasion, or just a bad week. Barna was not without her problems, though, and it was said that she went missing during the air raids of 32 A.U., and found several days later, beaten and battered. This unfortunate happening left Barna depressed and withdrawn for about a year, keeping her out of the public eye. After her long courtship, Mes Barna eventually married Mer Faedrus Garkensen of the Chimera Clan, and her mood turned around for the better. Barna started to work for the Manosik family to keep busy in the hours where her husband was absent, often off doing military work. They would later become the happy parents of three daughters, Isolde, Synnove, and Chinana. Sadly, the latter of the three would be the cause of Barna's death, as complications from Chinana's birth left Barna too weak to recover, and she passed away soon after.

Mes Barna was surrounded by her family and friends in the Gold Dragon True Temple when she parted from this life. She is survived by her husband, Faedrus Garkensen, and three daughters, Isolde, Synnove and Chinana.
