Acting Queen Shenisa threw a parade for the heroes of Anar and marched around the Palace District with them, clutching her heavily pregnant belly as she belted out songs. Commander Omiak, the Warrior of Anar led the parade, carrying his crippled son on his back. Ladies Gellina and Petrina were seen amongst the parade goers.
Sir Achillus and Mer Velas had their gladiator match in the grand amphitheater and the older man prevailed winning himself the title of champion and a purse of 500,000 stenis. A call went out to those in the crowd asking for a challenger and Mes Corinia volunteered her older brother Mer Quintus! A boxing match ensued, without armour, and though young Quintus got a shot in Sir Achillus was victorious for the second time that night knocking Mer Quintus unconscious! And boy did his wife look upset, it seems Mes Priapa's looks can be as sharp as her daggers!
The Shadina house is in action as they prepare for the long-awaited upcoming nuptials between Lord Isio and Lady Suphi of the Tanelish family. And speaking of those Tanelishes, their family has grown by leaps and bounds as they absorbed the noble Cyranis. Marriages have been arranged by the very busy Minister of Families Lady Jia between all of the unmatched younger Cyranis and Tanelishes. Sir Dominik, head of the Eagle Guards has been made head of the now non-noble Cyrani family.
Our very own Lady Zelva has won the Funeral Games money prize, twenty million stenis - ten each from Clan Leader Jalil and Prince Zaridos - which she donated to charities of her choice. She chose wisely, donating ten million to the Republic Military Charity, five to the Temple of Srenna and five to the Temple of Zutiv.
