BRENNUS MARCUS

Brennus Marcus was a dedicated soldier from a highly esteemed Chimeran family who died at the hand of the Shamibelian foe in the 37 AU war season. Though Brennus was a competitive man and often rather moody, he sought excitement and a love for music often broke his barriers. Adopted by Antonius and Inea Marcus, Brennus grew up in a luxurious home with his brothers and lived a good life at home. Never married, Brennus was a fine bachelor, quite amiable once one got to know him, and rumored to have caught the eye of at least a few meses. He was a good, honest friend who was always ready for a laugh, drink, song or adventure. Though he was not a professional musician, he even worked as a festival entertainer a time or two.

However, Brennus' true work was with the Republic. He was highly devoted to the Goddess Srenna and fought in her honor at war. Brennus was advancing in skill as an archer, he had spent the two years prior to his death training as an archer for his first war season. It was in the heat of his first battle battle that Brennus fell, his body left by the Shamibelians to rot, soul never finding Unot. Then-Lady-Proxy Taleena Oshta, on a mission to rescue her husband's soul, also rescued Brennus' and, thanks to the mission, Brennus finally went to the Gods in the sky, resting eternally in Unot's embrace.
