Overview
Thick, wavy auburn hair draws warmth from kind hazel eyes, which are framed with thick, dark lashes. The color and shape of her eyes are exquisite, lending youth and femininity to her fair oval face despite the obvious wisdom and understanding written there. Taller than many of her peers, she has a tendency to stand in a way which makes her seem smaller and daintier than she really is and this, along with an inherently friendly aura, tends to encourage people to open up towards her. It is a rare thing to find a single hair, or speck of dirt, upon her person. She has a pleasing but not exceptional figure, generous curves combined with the resilience of the working woman.
Personality & Beliefs
Caralyn is a very giving person, but is very good at getting others to do what she wants. Caralyn can be, for some people, exactly what they want--an ever shifting persona. Caralyn has lots of opinions, and is typically straight-forward or honest. But at home, Caralyn can be fussy. Caralyn likes to teach and be with others--being alone is very uncomfortable and boring. Caralyn also tends to give others great advice, and is a fantastic listener.
Caralyn loves to please others. She heals them, brings them new children and most of all loves people in general. The more happiness she brings the happier she is. She also is a strong believer in marrying for love and not for convenience or benefits.
Caralyn is simple. She can enjoy fresh flowers and even warm rays from the sun dancing on her skin. It's not hard to make her happy. She has a temper when she wants something or has a strong opinion and won't budge when she's made her mind up. She is quite stubborn.

Accomplishments
Her major accomplishment was becoming an apprentice to Dame Balinda and then helping when the red bloom epidemic hit.
Enemies
Caralyn can't help but envy Tioran and Albel's new wives. Oliana and Veliana. They are as close to enemies than anything else but Cara has nothing against them personally, only bitterness and resentment. Hurt that those are the people she loved most and now they have no room for her.

Scandals & Failures
She married Albel and the marriage lasted only six months. It ended suddenly and Caralyn was greatly depressed, hiding from everyone. She doesn't hide the fact that Albel left her because he said they didn't "go." She strongly believes he simply found another lover while married to her. Caralyn found out Veliana and Albel had been speaking and while at war sent letters. Seems she was right.
