SKILL: CHILD REARING
Skill at raising children well. It can apply to adoptive parents and babysitters, as well as biological parents.
In game terms, it is intended that you will be able to affect the attributes of any child you choose to parent until it is of a certain age. It will also mean that children are more apt to obey you. This skill has little code support, However, "help babies" contains information on how you might use this skill to change the mood of a baby. The higher a woman's child rearing skill is, the less likely she will be to suffer a miscarriage.
