Overview
Choni is the daughter of Priven and Goni Dristarna. She is known for her beauty and her voice, for she sings in the Forum or any other place she can gather an audience. Her heart-melting smile will warm the mother instincts in any one's heart.
Early History
- It is a wide known story of the Dristarna family that Grandma Ettinga told Choni while growing up. Her parents were killed during a Shambelian raid. They died attempting to save their daughter.
- After her parents' death, Choni was raised by her Grandma Ettinga who tried as hard as possible to raise her properly. Her Grandpa Rikiniru loved her dearly and did what he could to ensure she was raised properly as well.
Recent History
- Choni has been seen singing in the Temple paths and the Forum. She perhaps is attempting a come back in the entertainment business perhaps?
- Marriage is something that never interested Choni in the least; however, that quickly changed when she met a certain Republic Soldier in the Griffon's Roost during one of her performances, care to guess who it was? She just likes him right now, who knows what will happen later on.
Personality & Beliefs
- Personality - Although Choni often expresses the urge to be creative, independent, and self-sufficient, she is often stymied by her materialistic, somewhat self-opinionated approach which tends to overshadow any higher humanitarian qualities. Some see her as tragic, others as spoiled to the core, but overall, she is a likeable child, if prone to bossiness. Used to getting what she wants, when she wants it, she is not usually successful at exhibiting any form of patience or charity.
- Beliefs - Choni could be best described as an Agnostic, although Uf is her chosen deity. It can be traced back to the loss of her parents, why else would she not have the need for the Gods? Her parents were taken from her at an early age after all.

Family Life
Parents
- Mother: Goni(d) Choni's mother was killed during the Shamibelian raid of 24 A.U. Choni doesn't really remember her at all, except for the weird 'fake memories' she has of her. Grandmother Ettinga and Choni's aunts and uncles have told many stories about Goni, so many that Choni sometimes thinks that she really -does- remember her mother. Each new story builds upon her 'memory', but it's difficult to get her family to talk about Goni sometimes.. they tend to get very sad and then change the subject. Choni must be vigilant if she's to increase her memories of her mother.
- Father: Priven(d) Choni's father died alongside her mother in the Shami raid of 24 A.U. Choni's been told that her father was a very brave man, and very handsome, and very loyal to the Griffon Clan as well as the Republic. Choni herself has mixed feelings about both, but has the luxury of being a child and looking even younger than she really is, therefore is not yoked with the responsibility of patriotism.
Siblings
- Brother: Vetter is Choni's older brother, and the apple of her family's eye. He's everything they are: strong, prideful, patriotic, gruff, and humorless. Choni does love him in her own way. He is all that is left of her direct family after all!
Marriage
Soon. Possibly soon. Choni's view on marriage is one of duty to the Griffon Clan in order to reproduce as her sponsor so delightfully put it to her!

- Choni has aspirations to be well renown for her singing, dancing, and acting. Yes, she is even a writer!
Scandals & Failures
- The Dristarna family is known for their antics and insanity in some of the family members. What about that Tinga? Running away from Grandma Ettinga to become a whore at the Dove? Positively scandalous, though Choni does like her, she is forbidden to speak with her cousin!
Allies
- Daemio is Choni's sponsor and a Lord Sennet. Daemio is a little guy with spunk and Choni respects that. He gave her a pretty bracelet, so she likes him. He is all about duty to the Griffon clan and believes that Choni should do her part in patriotism for the clan and procreate with a husband! Choni agrees somewhat, she feels as if she far to old now to really be playing anymore, so she is on the look out. Daemio is a nice Lord and a good sponsor to her.
- Ettinga is Choni's Grandma. She is the first and foremost important person to Choni. She can see right through the veil of innocence that permeates Choni's actions. She is possibly the only person that Choni loves more than herself. Ettinga always called Choni her rose among the daisies.
- Linni is Choni's aunt and.. a bit frightening. She's strong, and doesn't put up with much nonsense from anyone, least of all Choni. Choni has no inclination whatsoever toward soldiering, or war, or weapons (unless they have pretty jewels in them), and so she knows she's of little use to Aunt Linni.
- Tinga is Choni's wacky cousin who nearly gave Grandma Ettinga a coronary when she went and became a whore! Choni has been asked NOT to affiliate herself with this wretched soul, but Choni has come to love her cousin. She doesn't have to be all prim and proper around Tinga, she can let her blonde hair down so to speak.
- Banian is a Lord, a very handsome and nice Lord. Banian is someone that Choni can relate to and actually likes being around. They both share a love for the arts, they did have plans to help her build her acting career, but it fell by the way side. The two still chat every now and then.
Enemies
- Galumnae(d) was one of Choni's bitterest rivals. They are at a constant competition to better the other. Even after death, Galumnae haunts after Choni with her constant need to steal the attention, even in death.
Miscellany
Habits
- Singing and dancing in the streets when she has the need to do so.
- Breaking protocol with her family's orders and visiting her cousin Tinga in the bathhouse so nothing can be said to her.
