Led by: Hansus Dristarna
The Dristarna family hails from the Griffon Clan and has a long, distinguished history of serving in its military services. The Dristarnas are a middle-class family with a long memory about the Great War, and the Gold-Dragon Griffon Wars before then, like many other of their clanspeople. The thing about the Dristarnas, however, is that they're outspoken about it. Their zeal for their clan and their tendency for scandal makes this family tumultuous, even at the best of times.

Scandals
Disowned!
Tinga Dristarna was disowned for becoming a whore, on November 17th 29 AU.
Divorce!
Sterlin Dristarna married his first wife, Fiorenzia, in what publicly seemed like a very spontaneous and rash decision. As quickly as the couple came together, they parted soon after in divorce -- but not after adopting a child together, whom Fiorenzia has custody of.
Market Manipulation!
Cyrek Dristarna attempted to manipulate the market in Lurashar -- buy purchasing all of the chickens there. He was found guilty and was punished with whipping, as well as ordered to make reparations.
Poisoning!
Lisha Dristarna, Vetter's first wife, was sentenced to death for attempting to poison her own family members. When convicted, she even went so far as to attack Lady Juneva Corinala and Lady Lucia Junik.
Insanity!
The fervor with which Rikiniru Dristarna voiced his opinions eventually lead Lord Viceroy Taleo Teranzik to deem him "not entirely sane of mind" in September of 33 AU. He was placed under house arrest, under the care of his wife and children, until his murder in April of 34 AU.
