DURSUN FIRGALIK

Dursun, born in Anarinuell and having lived there for all of his life, was husband to Lady Leyla Firgalik, proxy of the Gold Dragon Clan and niece to its former Clan Leader, Judano. Dursun was eager to start his training in the military, and left as soon as his parents would allow, at the age of 11. As he grew into a man, he had honed his skills with the sword to a fine point, and used those skills every year in the war against the Shamibelians.

Dursun was a traditionalist, living the life of a good Gold Dragon male, and accepting nothing less from those around him, including his wife, Lady Leyla, who he married in the year 18 A.U.

Dursun died, most suspect, as he most wished to--at war--if not in battle. It was the war of 21 A.U., and he lost his life when he went to negotiate with the Shamibelians. They seized him unexpectedly and tied him up, hanging him from the tower where the Shamibelians were occupying. At that time a General, Lady Zayes commanded that the tower be set ablaze, and the Shamibelians let loose the rope holding Dursun. He fell to his death, and witnesses say that he never once screamed or cried out.
