Overview
This woman carries herself with confidence and a certain air of sophistication that echoes in every movement she makes. Quite lovely, she has a thin waist that blossoms into full hips -- a curvaceous figure that could easily attract the eye. Eirene takes particular care with her silky golden hair, which is often escaping her hairpins, despite the woman's best efforts. Her thickly lashed aqua eyes are deceptively distant and calculating, until her lush beestung lips quirk upwards into a smile; thus warming them.
Early History
Although Eirene grew up surrounded by the opulence and grandeur that is Lurashar, she rarely had the means to partake in it herself. Her parents were simple folk -- her father a carpenter, her mother a noble household servant -- and after the death of her Aunt and Uncle money became rather sparse. It was a challenge for them to keep food on the table and a roof over the heads of their eight children. Determined that their children would grow to live better lives, Actaeon and Semele called in favors and spent every spare steni furthering the education of their offspring. It was Eirene's luck that she managed to apprentice to one of the better clothiers in Lurashar, and thusly, her career began.
When it became clear that her skill had matched that of her instructors, the young woman decided to make her way to Anarinuell -- to kick-start her business and further her talent. If this exodus coincided with an unwanted forthcoming marriage, well, she's never said.

Parents
- Actaeon
Eirene never has an unkind word to say about her father. Indeed, she attributes her good work ethic and sense of responsibility to the man who regularly worked overtime to keep his family housed and fed.
- Semele
Eirene's love for her mother is undeniable, however... the two did not always see eye-to-eye, especially as she was growing up. They used to have the most horrific arguments, which usually ended only when Actaeon came home. Eirene got the feeling Semele resented her at times, but could never place exactly why.
Eirene hasn't seen either of her parents since she left Lurashar in 41 A.U.
Siblings
- Priscilla
For as long as Eirene can remember, she and her elder sister Priscilla have been a matched set. They have -- had -- a rather symbiotic relationship: Eirene, the popular one, and her shy friend, Priscilla. In their adolescent years, the term 'partners in crime' might be more apt, considering Eirene's talent for trouble. Eirene's convinced her sister must be dreadfully bored in Lurashar without her, but then realizes, she's got a husband and son to keep her time occupied with. Of all her sisters, Eirene misses Priscilla the most, and often thinks of her.
- Erinna
Erinna (along with her sisters Berenice, Petra, and Ismene) was adopted after the death of her parents. Technically, she's Eirene's mother's sister's child, making her Eirene's maternal cousin. Although Eirene tries to be patient with Erinna, she finds it very trying at times and generally lets her be. Erinna seems to think that the key to making friends is divulging personal information -- sharing /secrets/ -- no matter if they her's to share or not. She tries to ingratiate herself with Semele and Actaeon by snitching on Eirene, or present herself as 'wordly' by spreading around whatever gossip she manages to pick up. Eirene has never been more relieved to see the back of one of her sisters, when Erinna married.

Although they were close at one time, Eirene and Berenice have since drifted apart into a comfortable, but distant, friendship. Eirene thinks it's pretty clear that they can rely on one another in times of need, but they really don't have much in common. Her cousin is a bit (okay, a lot) of a tomboy.

Marriage
Eirene knews that she and Andreas were destined to be together the first time they met, outside of Garmon's shop. She loves Andreas with all her heart -- although, there are undoubtedly times when she'd like to throttle him. When Eirene brought up the possibility of marriage, Andreas declared it an "interesting idea." Eirene believes that Andreas is truly trying, but she often wonders if her connection to Andreas is more significant that his connection to her, because of this. Even so, the pair did marry in November of 41 A.U.
Children
- Cyrene Daedalus
Born April 2st 42 A.U., Cyrene Daedalus is not a patient child. When Eirene went into labor, Cyrene couldn't even wait for the midwife to arrive nor for her mother to make it to her bed -- she was born right in the middle of the living room! If Dame Cyrilla hadn't been there, whom Cyrene is named in honor of, Eirene would have been utterly helpless. The little girl looks nothing like either parent, with her beautiful (but puzzling) blue eyes. In either case, she's absolutely beautiful -- even if she /is/ finicky. She has to have everything just so, even at her young age, and can be decidedly loud when she feels things aren't to her standards. Eirene thinks she'll like Cyrene a great deal more when she sleeps through the night. Even so, having a first born daughter in the Bear Clan seems to be a decidedly Good Thing.
- Varenna
Although not officially adopted, Eirene is often seen caring for the child and refers to her a ward. She's such an easy and happy baby, Eirene can hardly help loving her!

Scandals & Failures
As a Daedalus and a Bear, public scandal is unacceptable. Oh dear.
Enemies
Hating people takes a lot of time and effort that Eirene just doesn't have. Although she does often get upset with people, she rarely takes it to the level of ENEMY. She simply shoos that person out of her life. So, while people may consider her their enemy, the thought is rarely reciprocated.
Allies
Eirene likes to think she can rely on her sponsor and all.
Although they had a bit of a rough beginning, Eirene's really grown to like and trust her Head of Household.
