Taleo rules: Draugik's children now Eagles.

The Eagle Clan has called for Justice and the Republic has promised it to them. As the treasonous halfie has deprived the Eagle Clan of its mother, Zeysani, the fate of his family now rests with them. By this decree and within the bounds of the Constitution, I hereby transfer the citizenship of the family of the treasonous halfie to the authority of the Eagle Clan. By this order the children once known as Elianosik, Sabinar, Draugette, Sarra, Draik, Zayne, and Celisia are now Eagle Citizens and subject to the decisions of the Eagle Clan.

Forum Massacre

Eagle citizens and some members of other clans after retribution for the acts of the halfie who should not be named were looking for his children, then eagle citizens. They managed to figure out that Ninjara was the daughter of the halfie who was ordered to change her name, and they were searching for her, a mob forming at the forum.. Usually a mob made up mostly of Eagle clan members would not be a problem.. except the Eagles in this mob were dead /sober/!!!

Twenty griffons, mounted with archers hovered over the forum, distracting the mob with this display of republic military aerial strength while 300 ground troops moved into position. The republic military soldiers started banging weapons upon armor, the crowd started chanting again.. Then the troops start to advance on the mob, these troops lead by Lord Commander Rivaren. The mob, confused about this were just after justice for the death of Clan Leader Zeysani, started jeering Anikos, the commander on scene with taunts such as: "You'll arrest us? What are you, a halfie-lover yourself? Give us justice, and then we'll go home!"

More shouts happened, the mob not believing that 'delicate' Donos would provide justice, and wondering why the republic were trying to arrest them instead of the children.. the republic just wanting to break up this mob and convince them that the current Eagle clan leadership would provide justice. Thus there was a stalemate; Who would make the next move?

With the appearance of Princess Ania, the mob started their cries for words on what she was doing about the halfie, and the Hydra clan.. those cries cut off as Anikos orders the twenty griffon's under his command to dive into the crowd, his judgment seriously impaired at the least as a trained airforce soldier like himself should have realized that a diving griffon would tear, rend and eat flesh, something that was usually encouraged during war season.. and given something they were comfortable with, the pilots were unable to keep their mounts under control. That and the fact that they were penned in on three sides by Republic troops, thus began the Forum Massacre of 33 A.U.

It was at this time that Kinnit, wanting to save people from getting eaten meets his own end, one of the griffons attacking him in the chaos. Anikos, fires four arrows into the head of a griffon that is bearing down into the crowd, sending the griffon, and his rider Petulos into a nearby bakery, fortunately abandoned.

However, Anikos would fall victim to his own mistake of ordering griffons to try and scatter the crowd when griffons (still out of control) attacked him.

Of note is also the loss of another one of the Griffon clan members involved in this incident, Asapaia, a Centurion in the guards.

Ania rules: Fate of some of Draugik's children

The four youngest offspring of the abomination who murdered Her Honor Zeysani have been given over to the jurisdiction of the Eagle clan. All of them are clearly marked for what they are, either bearing visible horn nubs or orange hued skin. The one who does not appear to be visibly tainted his blood, displays his taint in other ways. It seems he is fond of torturing small animals and setting fires. They pose a danger, both to our clan of the Eagle, and to the entire Republic. They cannot be allowed to spread their corruption further. They will be terminated immediately, by poison. Since they are so young, mercy will be shown, and they will be fed cakes with sleeping potions and poison, so as not to die in a manner causing more pain than necessary.
