Its time for this week's newsletter! I just know I am going to provoke shouts of joy when this is out so..eh..here's the IC news, I guess.
IC News:
This week see's the beginning of the spring festival. As always, the festival is tinged with just a bit of sadness, as not long after it, the summer campaigns will be beginning, so let that be a reason for you all to spend as much time as you can with your loved ones - for they may not be alive to celebrate the next festival.
There are two new Griffon Ministers..Mer Ankur Nesharan, husband of Dame Latta Nesharan, is the new Minister of Health, while the new Minister of Justice is Lord Centurion Vahseli Vasen-Darkas.
Apparently more pressure is being put on the gold dragon lady, Throgana, to force Jazayeri to marry, give up her kid, or be dropped from sponsorship. Apparently Throgana is doing neither and from her recent speech, seems to indicate that the hold up might be attributed to some clan leaders, although no names were given.
Sabir and Mikayla Marcello were blessed with the birth of their son, Rylan, on March 5th, 23 AU. He is a handsome and happy baby with his father's eyes. Rylan is the third addition to this branch of the family, with older brother Aris and older sister Kaylia. Rylan also makes the third 11 month interval birth, with Aris' birth following 11 months of marriage, Kaylia's birth following 11 months after Aris, and Rylan ll months after Kaylia. One has to wonder if another birth is be recorded in the Marcello record scrolls in 11 months.
Praises and Disses
This week, to be dissed are any Gold Dragon you wish..Or, Argus, because he happens to be the Proxy. Another alternative could be Lord Judge Adrastus Ista Barun..Not only is he married to an ex whore, which is bad enough, some might say, but he also *must* be guilty of profiteering, selling a huge 6,864,971.5 stenis worth of items to the market, in one day!
Any praises this week should, again, be sent to Zayes..She's working hard, searching for Clan Ministers - and appointing them - as well as, no doubt, the added pressure of getting everything ready for the upcoming Summer Campaigns, in her added capacity as a Republic High General.
