So..time for news. Yay, and such, right? Right. *nods sagely*
IC News:
Once more, this week we are having to pull on various rumors for our IC news..as well as a few things that are widely known. One such thing, indeed, is the execution of the eeevil Chimeran, Adrastus. For treason, nonetheless. He was heard to shout, thus causing his gagging, and I quote, "THEY MURDER ME FOR PREPARING TO EXPOSE THE ELIANIK-ISTA ALDRIK-RISSIK-IBERIK PLOT TO TAKE ALL POWERS OF THE CLANS FOR THEMSELVES TO SHARE IN ONE REPUBLIC THRONE, FIGHT SUBJUGATION, CLANS!!!! FIGHT THEIR PLANS!!!!!!!!". This, of course, was played down as insanity - nobody in their right minds would ever want a single Republic throne, right? Right? Anyway. After his gagging, he was then hung, and will, presumably, be given a funeral at the Temple of Unot, but not as stately as the mad ex-judge might've had, more a quiet affair, with his family present. The upshoots of this, however, could be even worse for the Republic as a whole, for the new head of the house is, in fact, Lady Aldrissa Ista Barun, ex whore as it was. One just has to wonder as to the intelligence of such things...speaking of
Funerals!
Well, Unot, anyway. Mes Fannisha, of our very own clan, is now an initiate of Unot. Not that this would generally be bothered to be discussed by many people, but the matter of the fact is that the Mes is in fact a half shamibelian. People are wondering how can a half shamibelian be even considered to be put in such a position, and one where she might gain priesthood, too. The mind just boggles. Rumors abound, in this Unotian themed newsletter, of the Priestess of Unot, "Lady" Priestess Fidelia Ista Aldrik. She was, allegedly, seen kissing the Chimeran Proxy, Sabinus Rissik. He who was just married, indeed, and disappeared, even..with the aid of her. Well, hmm. One just has to wonder, as it was, why the Lady would do such a thing, going by the track record of other members of her family, also with Lord Proxy Sabinus being the 'cause' of the last one, too. Well, hrm.
Dissin' and such.
This weeks disses go to, naturally, Fidelia and/or Sabinus, for doing such things, with one betrothed and the other recently married. Conversly, you could diss a Gold Dragon, or whoever you might wish - these are just advised disses, as mass dissing is a lot more powerful than just one person dissing someone.
Praises could be sent to many people. His Honor, Judanarius..His proxy, Zayes, or even me! Well, maybe not me. But those two have done a lot in keeping the clan above the water, as it were, (see 10/85) in our times of trouble.
