Griffon Newsletter 30 - 12/20/02

Lord Draugik is looking for those planning on competing in the upcoming Olympic games. He is also looking for help organizing uniforms and in making sure that the Griffon team is ready, organized and ready to kick some...butt.

(Please @mail Draugik and Ranazeel (see her @mail) with your intentions of participating and in what so they can organize us into a lean mean Griffon Machine. Also so we can make sure you have a uniform. ICly if you want to help with the uniforms, contact Draugik. I've already got the design made, but looking for different ways of bringing the clan together.)

Everyone congratulate Mikayla on meeting all the Griffon clan needs and only one want was left wanting (Bugs Bunny got into our stash of carrots it seems).

New Griffons -

"Look whose back in town, lucky old randy goat that Mer Garis is. Sounds like maybe he's abided by the decision to keep his hands to hisself. I's heard him and Mes Anala are getting their house back in order, just in time for the spring planting, always got his mind on farming, that one does. Well, that and women.

"An back with his trophy wife, Mes Anala and all them children have been seen, from here to the other side of there. She's already been busy, getting that house of their's back into shape, course just another excuse to be spending her husband's money."

"Well it sounds like one of the Lapis boys got outta Arinzi alright, Mer Olero's been seen around the Palace District, probably taking his studies back up to make his momma proud."

"There goes that Lady Galadra. She says she and that pretty daughter of hers are still loyal Griffons, but you'd never know it. When's the last time you saw her in the Griffon District? Certainly not during the Gold Dragon/Bear war. Oh no. She sat home just as pretty as you please, hiding behind her title and her Gold Dragon husband. Yes, it's sad and all that she lost two children last year, but she's got plenty of money and a big mansion to keep her warm. If you ask me, she should start acting like a Griffon, or get out of our clan!" (OOC: Come RP with me.)

"Looks like our resident healer's gotten himself back out and about. Heard Mer Ankur has been about, training and such, probably planning to go off ta war with his Dame Latta."

Welcome aboard everyone, as always...please @mail/page me with useful information regarding your characters, ic happenings and whatever else you want to share with the clan. *Note* Galadra's ic notice of return was much more creative, she wrote it for the newsletter, because she knows her circumstances better then I can figure out from 'learn about' - feel free to submit your own welcome back when you come off the roster!
