An older Good Gold Dragon Male that fought in the Great War and was wounded in the shoulder. His attempts to please his wife, Lady Idra Junik, often led people to believe he was weak, though he is one of the Gold Dragon's old blooded Juniks. He had a famous and public disliking of Lady Galadra that culminated in Galadra's discovery of a pantry full of poison in the Junik Mansion. Lord Zafir determined that Guvell to kill the entire Junik household, including his own children. Guvell was sentenced to service in the Third Division, for five years for every Junik that he tried to kill, and his marriage to his wife was anulled.

Present

After the Liberation of Ellish in 42 AU, the Third Division was left to hold the newly captured city until the Republic Military could return. In 43 AU when the Republic Military and Griffon Militia began to secure the city, it was found that Guvell had been promoted to Lord General Guvell Junik. Having risen quickly through the ranks, Zafir perhaps learned never to send an enemy where he had the possibility of consolidating power.

In September of 43 AU during Operation New Start Lord General Guvell blocked 'humanitarian' supplies from the Eagle clan and Cockatrice clan to the Griffon Clan Militia camp on the south side of Ellish, culminating in his retirement from the Third Division with a Medal of Honour for holding the city while the rest of the military was not present. Lord Guvell returned home to Anarinuell only to find himself barred from the Junik Estate, and so his story continues. . .
