Haffies

Half-Shamibelians are the offspring of a Shamibelian and another "human" race (usually Firan or Ticanee, but sometimes Bonduin). In most cases, the Shamibelian blood comes from the father raping the mother, though in rare cases, halfies are born of Shamibelian women. Typical "haffies" look more like their human parent in size and shape than their Shami parent but most have a slightly orangish cast to their skin. Some sport horns like a Shamibelian or "nubs" (small, vestigial horns). Many haffies can pass as human though some have to file down their nubs to do so.
