Help Disengage
From FiranMUX
Command: disengage
- Syntax: disengage <opponent>
- disengage
These commands tell the combat system that you want to disengage someone. They are Goal commands (see 'help combat goals').
Generally speaking, you rarely need to use these. They can use useful when you want to break disengagement from opponents (and stop fighting them) but keep your combat timers running. Perhaps you want to stay engaged with another opponent. If your real intent is to stop fighting (or get away) use the stop command or, more drastic, the flee command.
The first command gets you disengaged from the named opponent. The second command gets you disengaged from anyone with whom you are engaged.
As long as your goal is disengagement, the game will continue to disengage, even if people re-engage you. All of this happens at timer-cycle speeds, of course.
