Overview

A man with an eager smile, Huetzi has green eyes, ear-length wispy platinum hair and olive skin. Huetzi appears to weigh about 205 pounds and stands about 5'10" tall. This young man is handsome, in an unconventional way. His skin is mocha-coloured and flawless, a vivid contrast to the unearthly emerald hue of his eyes, and the white-silver tint to his wispy hair. He is a fellow with conflicting features, but in him they combine to make something beautiful. The young man is tall and lithe -- stacked with muscle but not awkwardly bulky -- and he walks with an eagerness and a self-assuredness that many find compelling. There is no air of hubris about him -- instead he carries himself with the good humour of a bon vivant, seemingly perpetually optimistic despite any odds set against him, a dimpled smile rarely leaving his face. He is a man who is seemingly fastidious about grooming and upkeep, and it is rare that he wear a ruffled outfit or anything out of style.

Family Life

Siblings

Huetzi did not speak about his life before Anarinuell much, if at all. Whether he had siblings is very much open for debate, as the one man who knows for sure isn't talking.

Wives

Huetzi was married to a Bear woman called Ismene. He declared himself divorced to her and burned his wedding necklace after she failed to accompany the Democratic Eagles to Lurashar, taking their child with him.

Children

Huetzi has a single son, Eionan, whom he seemed to love with all his heart.

A little boy with a cherubic face, Toddler Eionan has green eyes,
medium length platinum blonde hair and tan skin. This little boy is
incredibly cute, with naturally tanned skin, emerald green eyes, and
light-blonde hair that looks to have seen a lot of time in the sun.
The child appears to be quite healthy, and for his age he is very
large - in fact, many mistake him for a child several years older
because of his proportions alone. Unlike many children his age, Eionan
seems to have a perpetual gloominess about him - the child rarely
smiles, though he is often encouraged to, and he prefers solitary
pursuits to joyful galavanting with other children. In fact his
favourite activity is painting; his parents have wisely learned that
it only takes a canvas and some dyes to get this child to stop one of
his many tantrums - and it works every single time. By consequence,
the household is well-stocked in artistic media. If it is not, all
hell breaks loose. He appears to be around 1.

Death

Mer Huetzi was a very outspoken democrat, and after a particularly venomous speech condemning Mes Kodiachi and Prince Rislan, he disappeared. A few days later his only son, Eionan, was discovered outside the Soaring Eagle Bar and Tavern, where Nestra lives with her family. The location of Huetzi was unknown for weeks, until a mysterious anonymous messenger sent his body (closed up in a trunk) to mes Abirnyn, who made a speech about the grisly discovery. Shortly after, Sir Dominik stepped forward and admitted to the assassination, claiming that he did it on the order of Prince Rislan.

Emits

During the siege at Ellish - July, 45 AU

  • Though the Republic archers are guarding any breaches in the wall, they see two little messengers running for their lives, having broken away from the fighting forces, all filthy and bedraggled. They are messengers, surely, and with the kind of speed and stealth that, let's face it, Firans are not known for, the two messengers who have Argin's heraldry with them, are able to be pulled into the city of Ellish via a rope ladder over the wall. Their names? Huetzi and Firana. Nobody has ever heard of them, but still the Firans cheer!

After his death by assassination - February, 46 AU

  • (Wed Apr 15 16:31:24 2009)

Several important nobles come out in support of Prince Rislan's ordered hit on Mer Huetzi. "It was about time the Prince showed these rebels and degenerates of the Eagle Clan what happens if you insist on something so amoral as Democracy. Death to the Democrats!"

  • (Wed Apr 15 16:41:06 2009)

The Griffon Clan has been watching the Democracy situation in the Eagle Clan unfold for a long time, with relative silence. Now they see that a relatively large clan is being bullied by the Republic, and they think that there's no hope for them if this continues. Already filled with Democratic sympathizers, Griffons now exert tremendous pressure on Clan Leader Luna to side with the Eagle Democratic movement. (OOC: Yes, this is IC permission for you to bug Luna, to agitate within your clan, go to a tavern, get into a fight about Democracy, have a feud with a neighboring family that feels a different way. Be creative, Griffons. This is RP fodder for you.)

  • (Wed Apr 15 16:43:30 2009)

The Cockatrice Clan feels that civil war disrupts commerce and that Democracy is very UNTRADITIONAL and therefore wrong. They hope the clan leadership will distance itself from the Eagles.

  • (Wed Apr 15 16:48:07 2009)

The Chimera Clan is pretty torn. On the one hand, they never thought Rislan really had the stones to order a hit on some commoner. That was always more Argin's style. They kind of like the newer more assertive version of Prince Rislan even if he'll never live up to his brother, the hero, Prince Savaren. But then again, none of the Princes ever will. Anyway, the point is that on the other hand, the Chimera Clan has always had Democratic leanings, and they think the Eagles have a point. Some democratic reforms might be called for. (OOC RP Hint: This is your cue if you're a Chimeran to harass the hell out of Torianos, and otherwise be the rebellious clan you can be.)

  • (Wed Apr 15 16:52:23 2009)

To start with the Chimerans think they should have elections for all ministry positions in the clan.

Speeches

Nobility versus Meritocracy

Huetzi made a speech titled 'Nobility versus Meritocracy.' on Firan time: 12:45:01 PM on Thu Apr 26, in the year 45 A.U. in Anarinuell: Chimera District -- Lion's Gate Road South:

I am an old soldier - I do not expect you to know me by name. I, like many other men of my age and character, have fought on the fields surrounding Ellish; but unlike many of my compatriots, I was blessed by the gods enough to survive. I watched as we retook the city that has so long been kept from us - I watched when Lord General Donos died, and yet we soldiered on.

I am a simple man, and so many of the turns of phrase used by the various speech-writers that pour out of the Tanelish house escape my understanding. I do understand the general point, however. I do not know Lady Nakia, but she makes a point about her mother's virtue and service to this great Republic, and how this service is, of itself, of a stronger nature and of higher caliber than any blood that runs through the veins of a noble, whether it be old or new - and I am compelled to agree with her.

Our Clan Leader, His Honour Torianos Elikista, has allowed me to stand here and to give my words to you freely, and so I offer you a compromise. We do not need neo-nobles - we do not need nobles, in fact. I have no illusions about the controversy in that suggestion, but as a man who has fought and died on the battlefield, as a man whose eyes are on Ellish while the nobles squabble and bicker over who is married to whom, and are on the brink of war over this very issue and countless other tiny barbs and injuries aimed at their families, and not the wider Republic, I cannot see how this benefits us as a people.

We do not need blood-based nepotism to advance. In Shamibelian society, you are a Shamibelian, or you are a slave. In Firan society, you are a commoner, or you are a noble. I have known commoners who are worth more than a thousand nobles, and I have met nobles who are worth nothing at all; so why then, do we have these distinctions of blood at all?

I call for a Firan Meritocracy. Let this Republic be ruled and judged by the men who rise from its coldest, darkest places, and bring it glory once again. Let us abandon these antiquated notions of autocratic control by people for reasons of ancestry alone. Let us topple the tyranny of traditionalism, and instead embrace an ideal of reward for service and virtue, instead of one that spits on service in deference to wilted and often disgraced noble lines, many of whom have long ago forgotten what it was that earned their recognition in the first place. Huetzi adds,"This speech was given with the permission of The Honorable Chimera Clan Law."

There were 7 people present, including Huetzi.

His Honour Lianos.

Huetzi made a speech titled 'His Honour Lianos.' on Firan time: 10:05:49 AM on Tue May 15, in the year 45 A.U. in Anarinuell: Chimera District -- Lion's Gate Road South:

Brothers and Sisters of the common classes!

I have encountered a great deal of trouble since I spoke to you last. I have been harassed, intimidated, threatened, and even beaten - but I will not be silenced unless they send me to Unot - and even then, I will not go quiet without speaking every bit of truth that I am permitted to speak under the law.

I have been rebutted, quite curiously, by neo-nobles almost entirely. Men who came from the common classes, who rose up in a meritocratic fashion that Elianos himself inspired, and who claimed for themselves social title and prestige that set themselves above the men and women of whom they were once part. It is no surprise - for once a pig has dined at the table of his master, he will not much enjoy the taste of slop again.

These men and women have lived lives far removed from their original places, and their children have been fed with spoons of silver, their thirsts sated in goblets of gold. It is not against these men and women who have accomplished much for themselves that I rail - but the idea that their accomplishments should therefore by inherently rewarded upon all of their descendents in perpetuity.

We have heard many words about how Divine Blood and Good Upbringing are the reasons that at least old nobles MUST exist - but I do not feel this is true. If Divine Blood is truly the very definition of nobility, why then were the old-blooded conspirators involved in the Antonian Apostasy stripped of title? They nevertheless descdend from gods - no judiciary can strip that from them - but they are men of common rank and title like myself, despite their blood, and all descendents of theirs will be likewise. Every one of those conspirators was, no doubt, raised with the finest tutors in letters and manners, as well.

But the truth is, and I think many of our best leaders can attest to this, that manners and reading do not make victory. It is plain to me that the vast majority of our leadership is so divorced from the society that surrounds them that they have no idea what their people even need or want, let alone how to provide for these needs or wants. It is not because of their blood that they lack this connection - it is because they are put on a pedestal that they did not climb; they have been installed from birth with privilege and without problems, and I wonder how any man can claim to truly test himself and truly BEST his internal demons if he has not had to fight those external as well.

I have listened with interest to the many speeches about the Eagle Clan throne - and I welcome His Honour Lianos' call for democracy, if he is indeed serious about it. I hope that he will set up a sort of Delegates Council that will permit the People themselves to vote for Ministers and representatives in government, rather than having those individuals picked because of pedigree instead of capabiliity. If it is true that the Medallion he bears rejected even his own sister, then I consider that only further proof that Divine Blood does not a ruler make, and I stand behind him as long as he stands with the people. He, at least, is a man who has seen many struggles - and it is this in him that I consider worthy of leadership.

Perhaps his Medallion feels the same. Huetzi adds,"This speech was given with the permission of The Honorable Chimera Clan Law."

We Are All Eagles Now.

Huetzi made a speech titled 'We Are All Eagles Now!' on Firan time: 08:16:19 AM on Fri Jul 27, in the year 45 A.U. in Anarinuell: Eagle District -- Soaring Eagle Wine Bar and Inn:

I have returned from Ellish. Ellish, where many hundreds of men died for no reason other than blind faith in blood instead of competence. I return to see my own people, Firan against Firan, blockading, starving, and burning our fellow citizens. I cannot abide this any longer. There are times in a man's life when he must decide to fight for what is right, or to abandon his virtue.

I choose to stand firm with my allies, the Democratic Eagles. I declare myself, henceforth, to be a member of the Mighty Eagle Clan, and renounce my citizenship amongst the Chimera. It is not traditional that a man take his fate into his own hands as I do here, but these times are not ordinary, and my spirit is with these men who stand here. Let my material allegiances, then, reflect this.

I am now Huetzi Chimerik, and my son and I henceforth are Eagles by declaration. Huetzi adds,"This speech was given with the permission of The Honorable Freedom of Speech."

There were 1 people present, including Huetzi.

Reaction

Steph has adjusted Huetzi's social point count by: 100,000 because: Eagle Clan citizens like Huetzi's speech proclaiming himself a Democrat, but the Rest of the Republic has no idea who he is.

Democracy Will Not Die

On Firan time: 11:21:43 AM on Sun Aug 12, in the year 45 A.U., Huetzi used the 'oratory' skill unsuccessfully and received an unfavorable response. The text of the message reads as follows:

People of the Eagle Clan, Democrats from all Firan families, hear the words of the Viceroy and his supplicant, and know that we have won! Already we have won! The Republic has said that it will not allow us to shape our own destiny. Taleo Teranzik implies that we are traitors. He threatens to cut us down in the streets for trying to feed our children in the face of an economic blockade. He will starve our babies because he fears, so much, a dilution of his power. Like you, I have a son whose life is under threat from the Republic which I have long served faithfully.

The Viceroy claims, however, that he threatens my child with starvation and murder because 'democracy' is wrong. It is godless, he says, to pursue such a path. And yet, here today, following in the footsteps of the Viceroy's speech as if it were meant as an addendum comes the words of a mer Zellonos, asking us to vote!

Democracy is wrong, then, when it comes to deciding on the worth of our rulers, but it is perfectly acceptable to call a vote to decide whether we will bow before the Republic, or if we will separate from it to save our dignity. The Viceroy only implied that this was his wish, but have the herald read his words to you again and you will hear the implication in support of democracy. How else will a people such as ours decide upon the Drik's Bargain that he has set before us? They want us to 'vote' on this in the hopes that we will abandon our concerns or that they will be alleviated by a farcical referendum wherein the 'choices' offered are dictated by outside forces who literally threaten our destruction in the same breath. They are terrified, countrymen, because this is working, and they can think of /no other choice/ than to answer our call for democracy with a weakened echo of same. Why? Because nothing else in our situation will work.

We are, indisputably, the oldest clan in the Firan Realms, and from our example, the others long ago learned to be civilized. Let us teach them again. I am a patriot through and through. I stood upon the battlements of Ellish and helped reclaim the city from our enemies even as Lord General Donos fell. I recently ran with a mes Firana across enemy-lines and deep into Shamibelian territory with a message meant to save the lives of the men who received it. I am nothing, if not a fierce lover of my country.

Vote as you like in this 'referendum', brethren, but know it is meant to mollify you, to get you to put your worries to rest while they find some quieter way to put you down. The Viceroy must surely know that separating the Eagle Clan from the Republic does not simply hurt our people, though it will. It will not only make it so that we cannot survive on our own economically, it will ensure that the Republic is severely weakened. We are the third largest clan in this Realm, and to force us, patriots to the man, to withdraw from the front lines where we keep our enemy at bay is flawed logic, and it will lead to the death of this fine Republic, mark my words. Remember only that /we/ do not demand this separation; we do not, in our speeches, threaten the very destruction of the Republic for which we have long fought - it is the Viceroy and his minions who have made this stark choice. Do not let their inhumane and unjust threats end what we have claimed so far.

To the Eagle Clan, to Democracy, to a Stronger Republic!

Huetzi adds,"This speech was given with the permission of The Honorable Eagle Clan Free Speech Law."

Reaction

Steph has adjusted Huetzi's social point count by: 1,000,000 because: Mer Huetzi speaks with more eloquence than Mes Nestra, but the speeches are less accessible to the public. In short, they don't really know what he's talking about, but he sounds good saying it. Thus he becomes a hero to the Eagle Democratic Movement.

Notice to My Wife.

Mer Huetzi Chimerik stands in front of an open bonfire.

"Democrats of Lurashar! We have found our promised land at last, though we suffered much to get here. The Republic burned our district, killed our men and women, and threatened to starve our children instead of allowing the Eagle Clan to manage its own affairs. Now, though the road will no doubt be hard and long, we will succeed where they wished us only failure."

"I send word back to their city, however, and to a mes Ismene of the Bear clan, who heretofore had considered herself my wife. In the face of the atrocities committed against our people, this mes has decided to throw her lot in with the Republic in the hopes that she will be tossed a few scraps from the Viceroy's table once the nobles are done with their dinner. For her reckless disregard of both my people and her own son, I hereby declare that our marriage is annulled."

With these simple words, the man tosses his wedding necklace into the flames and walks off. Democratic divorce.

Huetzi adds,"This speech was given with the permission of The Honorable Eagle Clan Free Speech."

Reaction

Steph has adjusted Huetzi's social point count by: 500,000 because: Mer Huetzi, who the Eagles are now calling "The Hero Messenger of Ellish" is gaining significant status as a Democratic Leader due to his elegant dismissal of his former wife for her failure to join the movement.

Steph has adjusted Ismene's social point count by: 200,000 because: Mes Ismene's stature in the Bear Clan raises when she is so rudely divorced by her husband--who has gone off to join the Democratic Movement. That Mes Ismene has stayed faithful to good values makes the people encourage the Bear Clan Leadership to claim Mes Ismene re-virginized and allow her to remarry some good Bear Clan man.

Open the Markets!

Citizens of the Free Eagle Territories, hear my plea! I have heard the words of my compatriots Nestra and Shayla with regard to the noblemen and women that walk among us. I agree that they should be allowed to remain, so long as they acknowledge equality with their common man. In this spirit, I clamor for social justice in all matters!

Let the economic restrictions imposed by antiquated social mores be lifted. In other words, brothers, Open the Markets! Too long have we had to live our lives according to the whims of men who thought themselves our masters. No more now! Open the markets to men without sponsors, forgo all tithes, and let our Eagle brethren stand tall and proud, keeping what it is that they earn with their own sweat and blood!

Blood is no excuse for robbery. Let our trade be as free as our spirits!

Huetzi adds,"This speech was given with the permission of The Honorable Glorious Freedom."

Reaction

Steph has adjusted Huetzi's social point count by: -10,000 because: Mer Huetzi The Messenger Hero of Ellish also spends some of his political capital ensuring the safety of the royals and nobles in Lurashar and Luragadin--at least until the vote.

NO!

On Firan time: 11:46:10 AM on Mon Dec 17, in the year 45 A.U., Huetzi used the 'oratory' skill successfully and received a very favorable response. The text of the message reads as follows:

The Republic thinks that just because we have returned to this capital city that we are beholden to them! I say NO MORE, Eagle brethren! The Lord Viceroy, the very man who threatened our children with starvation and called them foreign enemies of the state over political differences, has been SO GENEROUS as to bestow upon us a leader at last! But this is not his place!

He tells us that our concerns have been heard and answered, but that now is the time to kindly shut up and abandon our beliefs. He tells us that there will be a Council of advisors to his choice of lapdog, but it is filled, to the man, with the same tired old faces that have for so long caused our political development to stagnate.

Prince Rislan is to be our voice? Prince Rislan, the man who himself ordered the torching of the Eagle District by the First Division, a man who burnt us in our homes to give his operatives access to our district under the guise of 'humanitarianism'. We are supposed to roll over and accept this without a word, because the Viceroy has declared dominion over us, and now is our time to act like a whore in his much-trodden bed, rolling over to take it with pillow in mouth.

I, for one, will not succumb! I encourage like-minded Eagles to join me in a march upon the Eagle Palace where we will air our grievances and stand up for what we know is right. NO Republic lapdogs, NO appointments based on blood, NO more oppression! Free determination now! Let us elect our leader, our Proxy to the Republic, or you risk forcing a second schism! DEMOCRACY NOW! ELECTIONS NOW! MES NESTRA APELLON FOR PROXY! Huetzi adds,"This speech was given with the permission of The Honorable Inviolate FREEDOM! ."

There was a crowd of 33 people in Old City: Sailor's Nook -- Pier Area, including the players: Huetzi The crowd cheered the news of Huetzi's words and Huetzi's social points were adjusted upwards by 40.

Reaction

PyriteBuilder has adjusted Huetzi's social point count by: 500,000 because: The democrats may have lost the vote, but their fervor is still high and Huetzi's fiery speech condemning Rislan's appointment and denouncing Taleo's authority delights them. They quote his rhetoric in the bars and discuss how they might still, still, come away with a free Eagle government.

PyriteBuilder has adjusted Huetzi's social point count by: -300,000 because: But the democrats still lost the vote. Those accepting Republic rule and Rislan's appointment may be less passionate, but they want extremists like Huetzi to be quiet. He represents democracy's worst excesses and makes them all look bad. What if the Republic takes harsh action?

PyriteBuilder has adjusted Taleo and Rislan's social point count by: -100,000 because: Huetzi's attack on Taleo and Rislan is largely ignored outside the clan, but some fence-sitting Eagles begin muttering about fires and oppression and can we really trust the Viceroy, this Prince? They're not even Eagle.

An Answer to the Lapdog.

On Firan time: 11:43:31 AM on Sun Dec 23, in the year 45 A.U., Huetzi used the 'oratory' skill successfully and received a very favorable response. The text of the message reads as follows:

My grandfather was a hardworking, honest man. Like myself and like my father, he served for many years in the Republic military, and he distinguished himself upon the same fields in Ellish where I fought for our people's freedom. He had a saying: If the message is too strong, attack the messenger.

It seems that Prince Rislan and his lackey, some royalist pawn called Kodiachi, have heard the phrase too. They do not address my demand for freedom, for an election. Instead they question my citizenship.

I was Eagle enough, citizens, when I ran the battlements of Ellish as a heroic messenger, helping to save the lives of men from every clan. I was Eagle enough, Democrats, when I walked with you, supporting the weak on the long trek toward Lurashar when we were forced into exodus by the same villains that harangue us now. I was more than Eagle enough, patriots, to stand with you and to help organize our first election. I was clearly an Eagle when I myself cast my vote in favor of Democracy. But now that I have asked them to live up to their promises to us - now, I am no longer Eagle enough to please them.

Mes Kodiachi, I have never heard you extol the virtues of democracy. I have never heard you stand up and fight for the rights of your fellow man. I have heard only an incessant howl from you, the braying of a lapdog with paws upon its masters table, hoping for scraps that are left behind when his gluttony is sated. Do you know her, patriots? I have heard her name not once before this caterwalling, and yet she claims to speak for you?

You, royalist, are not the judge of who is an Eagle - for in your disdain for your own people, you prove that you are not yourself living up to our ideals. You suck at Prince Rislan's teet like a filthy animal, content to live in his reflected power no matter the cost to your own clan.

Real Eagles stand in the tradition of Darimon the Great. We acknowledge that leader's brilliance in declaring religious freedom for our people. We stand firm in the knowledge that by pursuing his way, we can reclaim the economic and political strength that we have not known as a clan since his passing.

You speak as if your words are yours, gentle mes, but the bully that compels you to bellow this nonsense stood beside you and watched as you delivered his screed against me. Perhaps this will come as a shock to you, but this arsonist, this leader that you so revere is himself not an Eagle. Every word you drop against me for being born a Chimera is a knife into the back of your master as well. Except, of the two of us, there is one clear devotee to the dreams of our people.

Live up to your promises, Prince Rislan, and arrange a referendum on a common Proxy who will stand as equal partner in rulership at your side. If you truly stand with us, we Eagles, then prove it. I look forward to hearing word. Huetzi adds,"This speech was given with the permission of The Honorable Freedom!."

There was a crowd of 39 people in Old City: Charter Square, including the players: Huetzi The crowd cheered the news of Huetzi's words and Huetzi's social points were adjusted upwards by 75.

Reaction

Steph has adjusted Kodiachi's social point count by: -1,000,000 because: Huetzi's effective takedown of Mes Kodiachi in his speech, denouncing her as a royalist, loses her much esteem amongst her fellow Eagles.

Steph has adjusted Rislan's social point count by: -5,000,000 because: It doesn't take a genius to figure out what happened to Mer Huetzi. Even before the speeches came out directly accusing him, the Eagle populace put two and two together. Mer Huetzi made a speech against Prince Rislan and Mes Kodiachi and next thing you know, he turns up dead in a trunk. Whatever peace had been forged by the vote in which the Eagle Clan decided to stay part of the Republic, is now threatened completely. War might well break out by the end of the night.

Steph has adjusted Rislan's social point count by: 1,000,000 because: The rest of the Republic also thinks that Prince Rislan had Mer Huetzi killed, and good riddance as far as they are concerned. Good for him!

Steph has adjusted Abirnyn's social point count by: 100,000 because: Nobody knows who Abirnyn is, but the Eagles think highly of Abirnyn because Abirnyn was the one who delivered the news about the poor dead martyr, Mer Huetzi.

Judgments

Eionan.

Ladonna made the following judgment on Firan time: 09:44:04 PM on Thu Jun 14, in the year 45 A.U.:

Mer Huetzi has been gracious enough to decide to put his mind to work with the Republic army and the Chimera clan has decided it's best if he heads off to assist his superior officers wherever they need him to assist.

However. I have been asked, in the middle of a clear crisis, to decree what happens to this common man's child. Ergo, I'm deciding this:

Mer Huetzi said a lot of junk that was disrespectful, though not illegal. He has not been a negligent father, so I see no reason why Huetzi cannot decide what happens to his own son. Mostly because, really, as long as the boy isn't being watched by rabid dogs, the clan needn't get involved.

Mer Huetzi, please place your son in the care of someone trusted -- family, friend, whatever -- and go report for duty.

Citizenship.

Torianos made the following judgment on Firan time: 08:35:49 AM on Fri Jul 27, in the year 45 A.U.: Mer Huetzi has declared himself to be an Eagle and he doesn't have the authority to do so. However, in light of things being as they are, if he wishes to be an Eagle, then he's an Eagle as far as I'm concerned. Enjoy your new clanship, Mer Huetzi, I'm happy to be rid of you.

Reaction

Steph has adjusted Torianos's social point count by: -1,000,000 because: It seems that the Chimera Clan is losing citizens left and right to the Democratic Movement. This is not particularly shocking in light of Chimera Clan history, but the other clans think that someone with half-savage blood like Torianos clearly cannot lead a cohesive clan, and worry that the Chimerans will be the next to fall to the Magenta Menace of Democracy.
