Through Zutiv's grace, the winter's gone more quickly than any of us at first imagined, but with it has fled much of our valuable working time! In nearly all areas of clan production and resource gathering, the citizens of Arinzi are about a week behind; because of this, every member of the clan is encouraged to go out and do something productive; the least that one could do is offer assistance in the form of labour (ERP) to any number of the craftsmen working for the good of their people, most of them without profit. If we are to survive this most trying season and pull into the next one (whereupon we can start preparing for other winters to come), we must be dilligent in our toil, and we must work together. It is against Zutiv to do otherwise!

Don't forget, the edict made by His Honour Belik still stands; any citizen of Arinzi without express permission from a military officer of Captain's rank or higher that is caught out after sunset will be escorted home, with a punishment of a night's stay in jail if one is apprehended later in the evening. Another thing becoming frighteningly apparent is the closeness to His Honour's deadline of marriage for available clan members! If you have not familiarized yourself with your own requirements as a citizen of the city, then you should go to the government building and take a look at the parchments there (or just @bb/read 35/64). If you are familiar with the laws and just haven't gotten around to making arrangements yet, -do it now-! Spring is almost upon us!
