Overview

The Istems. A colorful group if ever there was one, a group of people combined under one name, mostly known for being a prominent gang in the Ol'City if nothing else. The most notable member being Jazayeri Istems, the legendary brawler, known far and wide for that, among other things. Many people have been the head of this family, this gang... many more have disappeared from the entire city without a trace. No one's quite sure what happens to most of them, but the general consensus is that no good has befallen any missing Istems member. Whether they turned on the gang and the gang retaliated or another gang managed to take down one from the strongest... or something else entirely, remains unclear. They're rumored to have worked with many of the Old City "Bosses," though like most things out of the Old City, it can't truly be proven, instead it's more fodder for the gossip mongers. Currently they're moving into the new generation - many of the old are missing, dead, or gone, leaving this younger group to find their niche on their own. In an Old City that is not nearly as glorious as it once was.
