JERONIKA COTTONMOUTH

Jeronika served in the military, but was one who knew people in all walks of life. She was Lord Yaffros Iberik's bodyguard, but she spent time in the company of towel boys and whores and savages unlike most proper women. She's also known to have been a favorite of more then one noble man. When her first husband died, leaving her with her son Isan behind, she remarried, of all people, a savage named Tansel Cottonmouth, a match that was suprising for many reasons. First it was shocking (even for Jeronika) for a cockatrice woman to leave her very well off family for a savage and for Tansel, a fairly hard line, old school Ticanee to marry a firan was even more suprising. They met on Oct 14, 30 AU at a Ticanee wedding and seemed to hit it off immediately though. All manner of rumors circulated regarding the marriage, from sudden and true love to an ill timed pregnancy. What is known is that Tansel stood her up on the first wedding date they set but later recanted. Some time later, their son Asher was born. It was only a short time after the boy's birth that, during a raid by the Shambilians, Jeronika was called away. She and her sister in law, Zutrinia Cottonmouth were together on griffon back when they left to pursue the invaders. Their griffon was taken down and as their bodies were never found, like many others, they were presumed captured.
