Overview
Jesika Whitefether, who became Jesika Coyote, is a vivacious woman with a checkered past.
Early History
As a young child, Jesika liked nothing more than running around naked. It's no surprise then that after her Rites of Passage, she chose to be a whore at the Dove. She figured, why not Eesha and get paid for it? It made sense at the time, and for a time, she really enjoyed it.
Recent History
In about 36 AU, Jesika decided being a whore wasn't for her. After all, you have to listen to those straight-laced Firans and do what you're told by the men who visit you! Such was not appealing to Jesika, and she decided to set her sights on becoming a soldier. Something which is proving a challenge to do, quite honestly, for the Firans have not forgotten that she was a whore. She's got permission from the Oshta to pursue any career she chooses, for in the Ticanee clan, being a whore is a vocation like any other, and so she is welcome to try doing anything she wishes.
So she went to war in 37 AU, and participated in missions involving the need for stealth and sneakiness, for she is if nothing else capable of moving silently and remaining hidden when necessary. She got discharged from the military for being pregnant with Malka. Malka is now her sister, having been adopted by her mother and father - Jesika gave her up after she was born, not particularly wanting children.
She wound up getting married to Alastor Coyote when he left a dead moose at her doorstep. If it had anything to do with the fact that she'd been noble privileged numerous times by the same person, well, so then it did. But she and Alastor are good friends, and the marriage is a pleasant one.
Personality & Beliefs
Jesika is a very free-spirited woman. The way she figures it, rules are for Firans. And Firans? Are boring. Ticanee don't have rules, save one -- Do NOT piss off the Oshta! Other than that, she does what she likes, even if it ends up with her being punished. She loves to scandalize people, especially straight-laced Firans. She's something of an exhibitionist and tries to wear as little clothing as possible. She even likes to hunt wearing naught but a loincloth. But, she's more brave than she is stupid - she has the common sense to retreat when over matched.

Family Life
Jesika is a member of the Wolfpack! It's the group of children that are Whitefeathers and Wolfhawkes combined - over a dozen children, many of them in her family alone. Family life in the Wolfhawke house is never quiet - there's always something happening. Whether it be fights or friendships being reinforced, it's hopping.
Siblings
Too many to count? No, here's the list and how Jesika feels about them.
- Jerik. Sulk, sulk, sulk. Jerik was sulky as a child and now he's sulky as an adult. He's a towel boy in the bathhouse, so she runs into him in the baths at the most inopportune times, and Jesika thinks he's got his priorities wrong. He doesn't hunt, he doesn't know how to take care of himself or the house at all. He doesn't think life has dealt him a good hand. Bah. Jesika loves him - he's her brother, after all, but often she's pretty annoyed at him.
- Rika. Run and sulk, run and sulk. It's like Jesika's family does nothing but sulk. But at least with Rika she has something she likes to do. Run! And Ticanee are good at running. Their mother is the bestest at running. Jesika thinks she could get to like Rika when she's older, but just when she's out of her sulky whiney stages. Maybe, just maybe, she'll take her on a hunt. But she has to learn to be real quiet first!
- Ikari. She's not so bad. She doesn't squall or fight or yell. In fact, she's pretty shy for the most part. She sticks to herself. Jesika's a little worried about that, but oh well. Jesika uses her to play a Carnotti in her hunting games, which Jesika often runs. Ikari doesn't seem to mind. But, maybe that's because she's usually neglected and no one else really plays with her. Jesika almost feels sorry for her sometimes. Maybe that's why she makes her the monster?
- Xamuri. Noisy, squalling, spoiled rotten. That's what Jesika has named her. Her private name for her is Drik spawn. For, who other than Drik would send such a demonous child to their family? Her moods change as swiftly as the wind and she's always yelling or carrying on about something.
- Sarik. Out of all of her siblings, Sarik is likely the one Jesika can relate to the most. The problem is, he's way too young for her to do anything with just yet, and that's just boring! He's adventurous, fancy free, and out for excitement, and that's just the sort of thing a Ticanee should be! He's also perpetually happy, and while that confuses Jesika considerably, she's willing to overlook that.
- Tisika. She's quiet. For now. But Jesika has the sneaking suspicion that once she's older she'll come out of her shell, and she doesn't want to be around when that happens. The Wolfpack is enough trouble without another Xamuri in their midst!
- Malka. Malka is Jesika's youngest sister, or Jesika's oldest daughter, depending on how you look at things. Their relationship began as one would expect a sibling relationship to - labor and delivery. Jesika's glad that she's the sister-who-nurses: it will make their bond closer. She's no fonder of babies in the abstract than she ever was, but fond of Malka she is, and thinks that the giggly little thing makes a great fashion and lifestyle accessory!
- Elkee. Jesika's youngest sister, and possibly her last one, little Elkee is a highly active little thing, who tends to be active both day and night. She wants to be a part of the action in the household, and Jesika likes to let her take part in any way that she can - she finds the girl cute if annoying at times. Elkee's poofy hair is comically adorable to her as well!
Marriage
- Alastor Coyote - the groom to Jesika's bride. Alastor Coyote has been a friend of Jesika's for years. Back in the days when she was a whore, he never minded that. He was always her little buddy, getting into mischief with her and the rest of the Wolfpack, going hunting together, fishing together. Her little buddy! When he asked permission to marry her, so she wouldn't have to worry about things anymore, like /having/ to get married if you know what I'm saying, she was touched. She cares about Alastor, though she doesn't love him. But it's better that way - they can have a marriage of mutual understanding. And after all, marriage to a friend who she gets along well with isn't a bad state of affairs! Now if only she can help him to tent better...
Children
Jala. Jala is a grumpy gus who loves to chew on things. Alastor's not her real daddy, but she calls him dada none the less. And with Jesika's libido and her genes, it's likely Jala will have a sibling or two.
Accomplishments & Successes
- Malka. She's a good addition to the family.
- Taking down 5 moose in a row unscathed.
- Being the supplier for the griffon tower on behalf of Mateo.
Scandals & Failures
- Getting Prince Rislan in trouble and being scolded by the Oshta for joining the military and making it a laughing stock because she was still considered a whore!

- No real enemies -- that she knows of!
Allies
- Mateo. Oh, Mateo. Possibly Jesika's best friend, and the man who has her heart completely. He's a scamp, and a lot of fun to be around! The Fox Among the Doves necklace she always wears, he has one of, and together, the two can cause lots of mischief. He never gave Jesika any grief when she was a whore, he readily became her sponsor when she was tired of Lord Judanus as a sponsor and decided she wanted Mateo instead, and he didn't give her any grief about NOT being a whore anymore either. He even pays her from time to time for stocking the Griffon Tower with meat - which is the way she's making money now that she's not whoring anymore, well that and the Black Company. Before she makes any life-altering decisions, she asks Mateo, because not only does she love him, she respects him. Their relationship is almost symbiotic - for she suspects he cares for her as much as she needs him.
- Sarina. Sarina lives with the Whitefeather family still after her marriage to Lester, even though Murat is her father. Sarina and Jesika spent much of their formative years together, and Sarina is easily one of Jesika's closest friends. She's a troublemaker just like Jesika, and they seem to bring out the trouble in each other. Sarina seems to be the one that's less likely to step over the line that gets someone in REAL trouble, while Jesika will dance right up to, and sometimes, over, it. Sarina's married now and has started a family of her own, and Jesika is glad that her cousin, now Dame Sarina, lives with the Whitefeather family still. The two can still get together and talk and spend time together. Sarina helped to teach Jesika about Srenaa, something which Jesika still will go to her with questions about.
- Vinetti. Vinetti is Jesika's boss in the Black Company, the mercenary company that Jesika joined when the Republic wouldn't take her as a soldier. She uses the Black Company as a place to hone her skills - and Vinetti is the one-eyed man who heads it. He's a fascinating fellow, and she finds his company stimulating. He's intelligent, brassy, and a bit scary.
Miscellany
Jesika hunts naked as sport. Occasionally she will invite certain people to watch her doing this. Sometimes, not often, she will try for big game in naught but a loincloth as well.
Jesika also is a talented potion-maker and tea-brewer, in addition to being a spearswoman. She, like any good Ticanee, can make her own clothes from leather she hunts and tans herself!
