Kameelya
From FiranMUX
Kameelya Firgalik (nee Keniwik), the eldest daughter of the great hero,
Throg, was born common -- but managed to join the Royal family of the
Gold Dragon Clan. As a child, her father was often gone (and then quite gone,
indeed, when the Seven Heroes left) and Kameelya took it upon herself to learn
how to take care of her younger siblings. When she had her Ceremony of
Souls, she chose to become a nanny. Kameelya worked at the GD Academy and
the orphanage. At eighteen, she took a job working for none other than the
Griffon born new clan leader of the Gold Dragons, Jalil. She fell in love
with Mer Magnus Aegrotik but their relationship fell through just before
Kameelya gained nobility after Atredies won nobility following a
pentathlon win. He joined the Keniwik family since Throgana had already
been given a noble title.
A few years later, the third civil war of the Gold Dragon clan broke out, lead by none other than Atreides and Throgana. Atreides' life was spared because he refused to make war on defenseless women and children. Atreides and Kameelya's life was a typical noble marriage as they had grown fond of each other over the years. In the war season of 34 A.U., Atreides sacrificed himself in order to destroy a Shamibelian war priest. Kameelya missed her husband and spent a year in seclusion mourning his death.
Not long after the year was over, Clan Leader Jalil made the proclamation that the Keniwik family had one year to be remarried into nobility if they wished to retain their noble titles. In a surprise move, the Clan Leader himself used his marriage prize won the year before to marry Kameelya. They were wed on December 1, 35 A. U., and produced no children, though her son and daughters were adopted into the Firgalik family with the understanding that they would all marry out of it.
Scandals peppered the marriage, and Kameelya while the lady was very active in clan projects, Jalil was almost unaccessable. In 38 A.U., her son Rogik made a speech stating the Clan Leader had been poisoned over several months, and that it was his mother's doing. She was taken into custody and confined for several months before the apparently-much- recovered Clan leader made a speech saying she was to be executed, and it was carried out a short time later.
