Overview
Sociable to the point of charming, he is something of a restless young man. His expression is mercurial, torn permanently between a grin, a smile and a frown, and he's constantly moving his hands, leaning sideways or tilting his head. Although far from large, he has a sheer bulk about him that suggests muscle; his neck is thick and his chin more often than not rough with stubble. He has deep-set eyes that, lacking cheer, might appear unsettling. His chuckle, light as it is, more than compensates.
Karish finds amusement in the littlest things -- in the faces people make, in his own assorted quirks, and in the laughter of others. He's a cheerful young man, eager to put a positive spin on even the most depressing situations; this habit leaves him seeming more than a little out-of-touch at times, and possibly even insensitive. A friend's mother dies? Karish is right there to say that now she can't meddle in any marriage arrangements, or fuss over etiquette and grooming. Aggressive but in a friendly way, Karish likes rough housing with the guys but never, ever the girls -- not even fellow guards. He pedestalizes women and treats them like pretty, defenseless little things who couldn't possibly survive without his heroic presence. His sense of justice is a highly physical one. No matter how someone's wronged him, he'll retaliate with a punch; he understands the concept of diplomacy but as far as he's concerned, that's for women, not men. In fact, he is very clear on what is a woman's business, and what is a man's, and if ever a friend gets confused, Karish will be right there to correct him and 'save' his masculinity. As for girls, he's not beneath reprimanding them (but mostly he prefers pawning them off on other, more proper women).

Accomplishments
- Karish was instrumental in the locating and apprehending of the infamous "Lighter of Anarinuell", the dastardly anarchist arsonist.
- In 42 A.U., Karish was the Chimeran Representative on the mission to put to rest the remains of the last of the Panther Clan of the Ticanee. The mission was a public success that both Firan and Ticanee lauded.
- The war season of 43 A.U. saw a rousing success for both Republic and Karish personally. He went to war as a Centurion and quite proved his worth, taking on Shamibelian after Shamibelian. He also won the right to wear iron by crossing planks in a particularly dangerous fort and went on a mission to gather slave support.
