Leafchaser Family

Background
Like many Ticanee families, the Leafchasers were hit hard by the effects of the Great War. In a mass migration, those that survived fled to the north, joining with the Firans who lived in that direction - the Leafchasers themselves wandered the Realm for quite some time, visiting many cities before finally settling in Anarinuell.
One of the eldest members, a man named Kyril, was quick to accept the Firan Gods, and became a priest of Elik after the first snows came - legends within the family claim that he saw the god appear to him in the flesh, thus inspiring his worship.
Since that time, the Leafchasers have become a somewhat influential family within their clan - many of the finest hunters among Anarinuell's Ticanee share the last name, as do some of the traditionalists who are trying to safeguard worship of the Totems - one of the Ticanee Shamans, Tagda, is a Leafchaser herself.
