Letter From Arinsana
From FiranMUX
Dear Family,
I am sorry for not having written yet. Things have just been hectic here. Between work and all the battles, I haven't really had a whole lot of time to sit down, and then for a while I was on bed rest at the med tent. Nothing serious of course! But it did keep me unable to do anything. I have been thinking of you all of course. I pray you are all doing well.
There are some troubling things afoot that I could discuss, but I won't. We must look to the positive. Our men and women have been fighting bravely here at the front. Each day we get a little closer to our goal. ftq each day we come that much closer to Ellish. To freeing the slaves. To seeing our mother again, Zutani.
I have many stories to tell, but I will save them until I get home, both because I must and because they will be better told in person. But let me tell you all a bit about camp. It's not nearly as grim as you would think. The Fifth does its best to keep spirits high. The other day we had a day of merriment and everyone in our tent got in on the fun. Everyone was pulling pranks. Oh if only you were there! You would have laughed so hard. I would go into further detail, but I think Grandma may disapprove of the extra nature of these pranks, so I won't.
Anyhow, don't worry. Not about me, not about Balinda. Tell Ronti if he doesn't read this letter that she's fine. Things have been hard on her, but she's strong as always.
I love and miss you all.
