Letter from Kassia

Dear Sentry,

I can't even begin to imagine the hardships you and others like yourself endure at the front. To be parted from family is never a pleasing experience and perhaps even less so under your current conditions. However know that they, along with so many of us left behind admire your bravery. If not for the sacrifices made by yourself and others like you at the front, we would not have the freedom we so desperately cherish.

The heroics of those that marched on the battle of Judano's Climb has reached many of our ears -- the Lord Viceroy making it a point to keep us abreast of the victories at the front. We have heard little as to the names of the fallen and it is my hope that this letter finds you safe and sound. You have my blessings, Sentry Aurik, as well as the blessings of your family and those around you wishing a safe return.

It is my hope you are able to enjoy the minimal fare I have sent in this package. Though I realize it can by no means erase the hardships of war that you endure, it can perhaps make things a bit more tolerable -- if even for a short while.
