Level IV Character Generation

Overview
Players currently have the option to forego the roster in favor of a character they create themselves. These are called Level IV characters. All such characters belong to the creators of the game, but special rules apply. First, although these characters can eventually be bumped up in importance, as long as they remain Level IV characters, they will not be put on the roster unless staff feels that they have attained such importance that they have become level III characters by default.

Needed Vocations
Kraken2020: Maybe the following aren't needed as such but I think they would be worth considering for addition to the level4 open list: Tavern Wench (lots of rp options if you get a job like this and there are very few/none on grid) Homemaker, conman, towel boy, gambler, glassworker and fisherman.
