Lilana
From FiranMUX
Lady Lilana, adopted child of Clan Leaders Taria and Jalil, was always a
quiet, sad girl, and she grew into a quiet, sad woman. Lilana was not quite
a noble, not quite a commoner; she was given a title, stripped of that
title, wed into a different title, and eventually died a noblewoman. As a
child, she attended classes as much as she could, but thought that - given
her sex - she would not be permitted much more time in the classroom.
Lilana played with her imaginary friends and kept mostly to herself.
At one time the Republic's Minister of Families, Lilana adored children. She nearly died one air raid after she threw herself over a pair of children she was nannying. Lilana took all the damage from the falling rubble herself to save the kids and was in a coma for a long time after the heroic event.
Later, Lilana married Lord Dedalion, becoming a noble, a Shadina, and a Bear.
During a religious mission, Dedalion was kidnapped, his hand chopped off and delivered to his wife. Later, the lord went missing and turned up dead amidst quite a bit of scandal with his wife even being a suspect at one point. Lilana kept on though, as quiet as she could, in the Shadina household, ever proper, living life as a good noblewoman and doing her duties therein. Although cleared of suspicion in her husband's death, more drama would find Lilana.
When Lady Rianna chose Lord Zerasmus Didoron as her marriage prize in 37 AU after she won a pent, it was revealed that the lord had already wed and his secret wife was none other than Lady Lilana. He had been quietly courting her for years and it seemed that the pair had not been able to wait any longer. Duels were called on and off by Lilana's sister Taleena and Rianna, retractions demanded, but eventually the dust settled and Taleena confirmed that the marriage had taken place. It seemed, Lilana would return to her quiet, nearly invisible, life as a Didoron.
But fate would not have it so. In 38 AU, Lady Lilana passed away giving birth to her first and only son. Lilana is remembered by many through the Oshta's speech, in which she was called "a beautiful mistake. The most beautiful I have ever made." Lady Lilana finally achieved the happiness she sought with her Lord Zerasmus, but in the end, perished the way many women perish. She is remembered fondly, a romantic wedding with tumult at its beginning that had, though tragic, a romantic end.
