Pevifa's Land (The Temple District)
This is the former Temple District where Firan deities were once worshipped. Now it is being cleared for Hralib's wife, Pevifa, and she is settling in. Meanwhile, Hralib's slaves are being used to clear the land, and chop down buildings that she doesn't like.
Women's Tea House
This is where the Shamibelian women will be gathering to discuss their plot. (Possibly they are in the last day of their two-week isolation period after a birth where children may be swapped. Or perhaps tonight is the Night of Obala's Pride, and so there will be a masked gathering at which the usual social rules are suspended.) Slaves will be washing them in a giant steam room and polishing their horns. They will be betting here, quite a bit--land for assassination attempts, furniture, etc. More than one husband has come home to an empty house stripped of everything but the bed because his wife has bet on the wrong gladiator. Women like to hold slave beauty contests, and slave breedings.
The Slave Temple of Obala (Old Unity Building)
Shamibelians have three temples, one for men, one for women, and one for slaves. This is one of the few places where slaves can gather and speak freely to one another, and they have become a hotbed of dissent and rebellion. Many Shamibelians want to shut them down. Because Hralib has been murdered, suspicion has immediately fallen upon his slaves. If the murderer is not found, all his slaves will be summarily executed for the crime.
Tavern (The Barnacle Inn?)
The Shamibelian men have gathered here to discuss a matter of importance while perhaps engaging in the rituals of denial and other wicked things.
