Republic Medals and Awards

These are listed in order of precedence. Republic military decorations are made specifically for individuals and each bear the symbol of the Republic - the likeness of the Ranivor Elianos Elianik. Creating one without permission of the Ranivor or Lord Viceroy is severely frowned upon.


Republic Medal of High Honor

Awarded to an individual for outstanding acts of gallantry in action against enemy forces. The award, the Republic Medal of High Honor, is awarded to citizens who are not only loyal to the Republic but heroes as well. The names of all recipients will be written upon a scroll and placed in the Great Library so that all might know their deeds. Furthermore, when we retake Ellish their names will be inscribed at the bottom of a statue that will be erected in their honor. Lastly, each of the All Republic Medal of Honor wearers will be saluted regardless of rank up to the Viceroy by non Republic Medal of Honor wearers. This does not excuse the Republic Medal of Honor wearer from saluting the Officer.

Recipients of the Republic Medal of High Honor will receive a bonus of 550,000 stenis. Republic Commendation Medals with Gallantry, and Republic Commendation Medals, Protector of Freedom, and Protector of the City will receive 300,000 upon receiving the medal. It is possible for someone to be awarded multiple medals in a lifetime. The names of all recipients of the awards will be written upon scrolls and displayed in the Great Library so that all might know their deeds.

The Republic Medal of High Honor is a golden disc which bears the likeness of the Ranivor. It is worn as a pendant on a band of black, green, and gold silk worn around the neck.

Republic Medal of Honor

This honor is awarded to an individual for outstanding acts of gallantry in action against enemy forces. The names of all recipients will be written upon this scroll and displayed in the Great Library so that all might know their deeds. The Republic Medal of Honor is available to the First Division as well.

The Republic Medal of Honor is worn around the neck, hung from a black and green silk ribbon.

Republic Commendation Medal with Gallantry

This honor is awarded to an individual who has performed sustained acts of heroic service which can be defined as a person: 1) who holds the rank of an Officer and has completed 4 tours in Ellish, or any enemy combat zone.. 2) who holds the rank of Centurion or Sentry that has completed 3 tours in Ellish, or any enemy combat zone.

The Republic Commendation Medal with Gallantry is a gold medal worn pinned to the chest by a black green and silk ribbon embroidered with a gold star and topped with a white band.

Republic Commendation Medal

This honor is awarded to an individual who has performed 16 years of meritorious service to the Republic Military. The years counted for meritorious service are any years in which a person is not serving under a conscription or sentence.

The Republic Commendation Medal is a gold medal worn pinned to the chest by a black and green silk ribbon with a white band at the top.

Republic Achievement Medal

This honor is awarded to an individual who has gone above and beyond the call of duty. This could be one single act, or a multitude of small acts that would justify this person being noticed for his or her achievement. This award is available to those in the Military or First Division. The names of all recipients will be written upon this scroll and displayed in the Great Library so that all might know their deeds.

The Republic Achievement Medal is a gold medal worn pinned to the chest from a black and green silk ribbon, it has a dark gold band across the top.

Republic Appreciation Scroll

This honor is awarded to an individual that has completed six years of service to the Republic Military. The years counted for meritorious service are any years in which a person is not serving under a conscription or sentence. This can be awarded by a Commander. This award is available to those in the Military or First Division.

Silver Wings of Bravery Medal

This honor is awarded to pilots who manage to withstand impossible odds and still fulfill their mission.

The Air Force's Silver Wings of Bravery Medal is a gold medal worn pinned to the chest by a black and green silk ribbon embroidered with a set of silvery wings.

Garen's Ambush Medal

This honor is awarded to any soldier who has partaken in a vital assault requiring an ambush against a heavily reinforced enemy unit without losing a single soldier in the attack.

The Garen's Ambush Medal is a gold medal worn pinned to the chest by a black and green silk ribbon that has a dark red band across the top.

Battle Award

Awarded to all participants in battle for their acts of bravery and courage. This award is available to those in the Military or First Division.

The Battle Award is a gold medal worn pinned to the chest with a black and green silk ribbon.

Fortification Medal

This honor is awarded to any soldier who has partaken in the taking of a heavily defended enemy fortification.

The Fortification Medal is a gold medal worn pinned to the chest by a black and green silk ribbon topped with a dark blue bar.

Republic Protector of Freedom

This honor is awarded to a member of the First Division that has volunteered to go to fight in Ellish or any enemy combat zone for 3 tours, regardless of rank. The person must fight in heroic manner.

The Republic Protector of Freedom award is a gold medal bar worn pinned to the chest by a black and green silk tab of fabric and a dark green band across the top.

Republic Protector of The City

This honor is awarded to a member of the First Division that have served 16 years of meritorious service to the Republic. The years counted for meritorious service are any years in which a person is not serving under a conscription or service.

The Republic Protector of the City award is a gold medal worn pinned to the chest by a piece of black and green silk ribbon, embroidered with dark green Ranivor's symbol.

Fifth Division Rememberance Military Decoration

This honor is awarded to a member of the Fifth Division that served in a highly marked valorous way that significantly impacted and assisted in the successful logistics and or supplies of the Republic Military during a campaign.

The Fifth Division Rememberance Military Decoration is a gold disc worn pinned to the chest by a black and green silk ribbon embroidered with an iron colored star and topped with an iron colored bar.

Fifth Division Exemplary Service Military Decoration

This honor is awarded to a member of the Fifth Division that served in a gallantry way that improved efficiency or productivity around logistics and or supplies of the Republic Military, but not necessarily in a campaign.

The Fifth Division Exemplary Service Military Decoration is a gold disc worn pinned to the chest by a black and green silk ribbon embroidered with an iron colored star.

Burning Gates Military Decoration

This honor is awarded to members of the Fifth Division who manned the battering ram at the gates of Ellish and helped the Republic forces sweep into the city.


The Burning Gates Military Decoration is a gold disc worn pinned to the chest by a black and green silk ribbon embroidered with a fist to represent a battering ram.

Kendra Coyote Military Decoration

This honor is awarded to members of the Fifth Division who were non-combatants that took up arms to help bolster the Republic forces in battle and were injured in action. The award bears the name of the late Captain Kendra Coyote, a long-serving member of the Fifth Division.

The Kendra Coyote Military Decoration is a gold disc worn pinned to the chest by a black and green silk ribbon that is embroidered with a set of white crossed spears over a green plant.

Griffon's Beak

The Griffon's Beak recognises those individuals who, on or off the battlefield, have gone beyond the call of duty and used their minds, strategy or skill to the betterment of the clan, at their own sufferance.

Griffon's Claws

The Griffon's Claws honours those who through their heroism, bravery and sacrifice have saved the lives of their fellow Griffons or truly embodied the spirit of the clan in battle.

Griffon's Heart

The Griffon's Heart recognises those who have, through an act of almost insane bravery achieved that which none might expect, such as unto the seven heroes themselves. The latter may well most often be given posthumously, but any who bear can expect honour throughout the clan and never having to buy a drink for themselves again.

Medal of Sacrifice

This honor is bestowed to ones giving their life in combat to protect others.

Ticanee Clan Medals and Awards

The Order of the Panther

This honor is bestowed unto one who has displayed selfless bravery and valor in sacrificing their life for the benefit of the Ticanee Clan. This is the highest award from the Ticanee clan.

The Order of the Wolf

This honor is bestowed unto one who has led the clan in times of peril and served the clan in the most noble of fashions, guiding others in their times of need. Only the most skilled leaders of the pack, as with those of the animals for which it is named, are deserving of this.

The Order of the Wolverine

This honor is bestowed unto one that has served the military with unrelenting dedication and battle readiness during times of war. The risks of being a soldier are understood and recognized by the leading body of the Ticanee and recognized through this medal.

The Order of the Elk

This honor is bestowed unto those Ticanee of gifted mind and great ambition that have brought new innovations, research new and old ways of doing things to the clan.

The Order of the Beaver

This honor is bestowed to those who have donated their personal time, great sums of money or effort to strengthen the morale and fabric of the Ticanee Clan.

The Order of the Boar

This honor is bestowed onto those dedicated citizens that work harder than most to ensure that the Ticanee clansmen are provided for and their warehouses kept full.

The Order of the Horse

This honor is bestowed as recognition for completion of some personal mission or display of loyalty, or simply as a means of thanks for which no other medals would fit.

The Order of the Mother Bear

This honor was bestowed only once to Clan Leader Taria for she protects her children and clan as if they were her own cubs, fighting with everything she has to see them safe.
