NADIA JAFFUS

A member of the infamous Jaffus Family of the Cockatrice Clan, Nadia was the daughter of Admiral Jaffus and of one of his three 'wives', Zhuramikki. Like many members of this quarrelsome family, Nadia was a member of the military, both for her clan and as part of the Republic's Fourth Division, as an archer. Not exactly a model of propriety as woman, she drew people to her with the beauty of her spirit and the laughter that would come easily to her. She was a free-spirited woman intent on making her way up in the military, who would always try to arrange training and hunting sessions, even off-season. At times her tendency to voice her opinions loudly to superiors would get her in trouble, but nevertheless she was a dedicated member of the Firan military.

Nadia Jaffus died under dubious circumstances, on November 16 of 23 A.U. The most common version about her death is that she ate a poisoned pie that must have been intended for someone else. She was 25 years old at the time of her death.
