NIRU DRISTARNA

While Niru Dristarna was born into a well-known middle-class family, he lived most of his adult life in the Old City, serving as a herald. It was when he was 13, just after his Ceremony of Souls, that Niru decided that city life was not for him and joined the Old City, much to the dismay of his outspoken family. During his seven years in the crime-ridden area, he was accused of theft only once, in what was reportedly a family matter.

As he reached the age of 20, however, Niru apparently had a change of heart, and returned to life inside the walls and enlisted as a Sentry in the Republic Military, serving at the Ellish front in the campaign of 31 A.U. Tragically, while he returned home intact, he was found murdered by an unknown assailant in late 31 A.U.
