Panyos has reportedly found a job working for Centurion Tioran as a helper. Though it is not known at this time exactly what it is that Panyos it helping Tioran with knowing Panyos it is surely some thing interesting. It is also said that Panyos will be meeting with the Viceroy Taleo. It has been reported that they are going to talk about something that happened some years ago. Hopefully they will get all that straightened out. In case you have not heard Panyos is deaf now. He lost his hearing back when Narin passed on. Panyos will not say exactly how it happened but I suspect that he took quiet a blow to the head to lose his hearing. So if you want to talk to Panyos you need to send him a scroll with what ever you want to tell him. Don't send a messenger to shout at him because he can't hear them. Depinzi was at the Dagger and Dice last week having a drink. Seems she met that young handsome buck of a gladiator Asalan. They must have taken to liking each other right away cause they were seen making out shortly after they met. Some of the other tavern goer's say that it got so hot and heavy between the two that they should have gotten a room. "We may be Old City but we still has some standards." Was what one patron of the dagger was heard saying. Svenja has taken it upon herself to start a fight club in the old city. She plans to hold fights in different places. She recently held the first tournament, it was a brawling battle royal. The amateur gladiator Asalan won the battle royal taking out four of the competitors. Asalan won a prize of 30,000 stenis for that fight. The waller savage Dame Gemma got second, and Hypeius came in third after plenty of jeers for attempting to avoid fighting. Asalan is said not to compete in future events, and moves up in the standings as far as his gladiator rank. Havidius is back from a long business trip. He will be taking order for furniture and other carpentry work as soon as he is rested up from his travels. Istovan the locksmith was recently married. He married a Griffon girl named Terrina. He is twice her age but he seems to think that he can keep up with the girl. He is looking to have some more little Istovans running around before to long, that is the goal any way. Janus a crew member of The West Gate fairy has been seen roaming the streets again recently. He has been reported to be the one that busted down a bunch of doors in the Old City. Depinzi the captain of The West Gate was not happy with Janus at all for this. She has been apologizing to everyone for Janus bone headedness and offering to pay of any damages. Vinoria, the resident Old City nut job, has lately been sending a lot of urchins running around to do her bidding. According to a few of those aforementioned urchins, the entertainer has taken it upon herself to oversee all events in the Old City -- or more specifically, all of the entertainment events -- and has therefore been asking people to inform her of events they wish to hold so she can assist them. Given that she has become rather popular in the walls for her entertaining, there may be a good chance that she can use her contacts to get some stenis flowing back into the Old City. Niobe is trying to get people to come to the nook to help clean up the place since the flood waters are gone. She is asking for people to show up there with shovels and baskets to help get rid of the trash there. She will need lots of strong backs to help get the job done.
