IC News and Rumours:

It's April... the birds are singing, the bees are buzzing and the Ol' City is rumbling. Rumbling with the forming of new gangs and revitalizing of old ones.

Rumour has it that Helena, our lovely still jailed in the walls Helena, was aruging through a window with Tivana. Words were thrown evil was spoken and Tivana might have called Helena a 'Thievin Slut!'

Ya'll seen Shade lately? Asalan's woman looks about ready to pop! Most are hoping if it's a boy it gets Asalan's disposition. Because a flower arranging, food baking boy is not the type for the Ol'City.

Rezzana's been seen about again lately. Moved 'erself out of the Barnacle's crowded boarding room. Good to see that some of the older folks survived the winter you know. The whole warm and fuzzy feeling that is so lacking in many an Ol'City denizen.

Word on the street has it that Raef's got a fledgling gang going and they're already scrappin' over turf. Many an OCer saw Raef in a flat out brawl with the Istems gang over the stone bridge that connects to the nook. Some say Furen beat him to death, others say Raef caused a ton of damage and ran off. What all the OCers -do- agree on, is the fact that it looks like the gangs are reforming again.

Along with the Istems and whatever Raef's little group's calling themselves there's a few others out there too. Interested? Keep your ear to the ground you'll find 'em.

Meetings have been going on at the newly redone Hall of Masons again. Once a week some of those rumours are saying. Got a grievance, want to just shoot the shite? Keep your ears open for the next one!

Happenings In the City:

By all appearances Uf is still pissed off. Dreams are being interpretated at the Temple of Uf in the walls. They're still holding their vigils too. Wonder what they did...

In Honor of His Honor Belik, The Hydran Clan with The Gladiator Circus and The Lady of the Games is proud to give you the The Belik Invitational. It will start with a Gladiator Match with a battle between two of the Circus' Gladiators. Then to be followed by a Battle Royal, Hydran Warrior Style. Everyone is welcome to attend. There will be food and drinks for all! @cal 6887

The third in the Master Weapon Series. This BR will focus on those who wield a knife/dagger. (combat/knives) @cal 6896

Asalan - Still we're proud of him for winning that belt... Bashar - Not one of us but he won something. Hey and it's Gold Vana - For sponsoring some of us scum and teaching her kids to do it too!

Diss Suggestions:

Danae - For being a slaver most likely. Boo hisss. Kodaichi - Pissing off your own Goddess. That takes a special something.

OOC Info: Find a waller in the OC 'help thugyell' is your friend! Mind you there is a 3 - 4 minute delay in it reaching other areas of the OC.

For all you gangs getting organized. @fyi and logging is your friend. Annie and Celeste are also our helpful OC wizard liason type people. ;)

If you've a gang create an @org to go with! This is the sort of organization the wizards are looking for. Lets show them what we can do!

Please remember to take down your old posts from our Old City bb 26. They don't time out like the other boards because we're just cool like that.
