SKILL: ORATORY
Generally speaking skill that allows one to use voice and language in an emotionally or logically stirring or convincing way.
In game terms, this skill will allow one to inspire one or a group of others to action, or soothes their angry tempers by way of making a short speech, but requires that you get them to listen.
