Overview
PANDARUS PARNASSIS
A creature of the Old City through and through, Pandarus Parnassis, later often referred to as Fist, was born in 15 B.U., in the area today known as the Old City, which is where he spent the rest of his life too. As a young man he had to flee to Caldera City like many people, as a member of the Gold Dragon Army, where he worked his ways up the ranks to Captain. Those years in Caldera City shaped him, as he picked up his knack of 'protecting' people by use of thugs and establishing order during the chaos of the Great War. Upon his return to Anarinuell, he would meet the man who would ultimately seal his fate: Pangaros. Always at Pangaros' side, he was soon known as his right-hand man, his Fist, building their organization.
Gentlemanly and gallant around women of the right kind, he was generally stoic, an intelligent man who valued order in a very militaristic sense most highly. He was known for being dutiful and loyal, but also expecting his orders to be fulfilled. He gained fame for his bravery in 22 A.U., when the Chimera was sighted over the city. In the Gold Dragon District, Pandarus, witnessed by many, jumped onto the beast's back and hung tight, being taken into the sky with it. Eventually he was thrown off, but lived to tell the tale. Many songs were sung by the citizens of the Old City about this courageous deed.
Pandarus Parnassis died as a convicted traitor to the Republic. His crime was of conspiracy in obstructing justice in the kidnapping case of Teddi Dilarik's daughter Nyla, harboring the child in the Old City, when whole clan armies were conducting searches for the child. He was executed on August 15, 25 A.U. He is survived by his second wife Orthia and his children Panyos, Yunus, Havidius, Vana, and Thianda, the latter having been born while Pandarus and Orthia were in jail awaiting their judgment.
