PEPIN ISTEMS

Pepin was a member of the Istems gang in the Old City. He was little more than a punk thief until he was arrested after being witnessed bashing down what seemed like every door in Anarinuell. During the course of his trial, it came out that he had also kidnapped babies and hidden them for ransom, apparently Clan Leader Bannos' infant daughter among them. Since the baby had been found dead with her skull crushed and heart removed, it was determined that Pepin was a deadly menace to society, and executed on 12 October of 17 A.U.
