PERCEPTION describes your ability to take in data and process it. (Contrast with Attention and Reason.) 

   0: entirely sensory-deprived
   1: sense-deprived, or notices only what he's focusing on
   2: tends not to notice certain things, or sense-impaired
   3: average adult
   4: very aware of surroundings
   5: extremely acute senses
