Lady Phoebe Elikista

There is not much to say yet about Lady Phoebe Elikista. The daughter of Clan Leader Torianos and Lady Melani Elikista. She was the first heir born as an Elikista, though it is not publicly known whether she will be Ticanee or Chimera.

She has one older sister, Lady Lilah Elikista, and at present, one younger sister, Lady Elsabet Elikista.
