What we need
- Free or very cheap airport shuttle (BWI)
- Approx. 15 single, 15 double. (maybe less, this is a ROUGH estimate)
- We need either 2 suites, very large rooms, or a meeting room for con room purposes. Preferably a meeting room or a large meeting room, depending on the prices, for gathering and the LARP.
- rooms on one or two floors (so we're not scattered everywhere -- but make sure we have a guaranteed floor(s)) that is considered "blocked" for our group only, or as close to it as possible.
- Cheaper is better. Do not go over $100.00 per room a night if possible. Consider $110 per room a night /maximum/.
- Let them know there could be up to 4 people per room and find out if there are extra charges for this.

Dates are: May 22th - May 26nd 2008 (memorial day weekend) or July 3rd - July 6th (4th of July weekend)

1/28/08: However, they have another large group coming in this year, and they are willing to try and block them together as a group so we can be blocked together as a group. Possible, but looks negativey.

Tangee called back and said she would try to get us on the same floor.

2/19/2008 -- Up to 25 rooms or more are available. Rate wise: $69 for doubles, Suites: $74 (Hilton Garden Inn is 2 blocks and has a conference room and the Country Inn or the Marriot Property or the regular Hilton). She's willing to work hard to group us on the same floor though no guarantee. Free shuttle. Complimentary breakfast.
