Rabiashik Family

The Rabiashik family began after the Istarabi Family was disbanded due to the actions of the courtesan Yasmina, the head of that house. It was headed by Paulos Rabiashik and populated by his wife Alyosha, their children, Lyos and Lysha, as well as Yasmina's children: Rabianos, Kamar, Paulina, Ternesa, Zellonos, and Ladonna. Ladeena Istarabi died before the new house was created, but it can be assumed that she would have been a part of the Rabiashik family. Of Yasmina's children, both Ternesa and Ladonna married out of the family. Ternesa joined the Kiriakos house but has since been forcibly divorced and returned to the Rabiashik family. Ladonna is now a member of the Chimera Clan and the Harror Family.

The Rabiashiks had notoriously quiet leadership, to the point that Yasmina's children almost universally label their uncle Paulos a mooch. Alyosha nee Dilarik was disliked even more than he. In 36 A.U., his wife made an illegal speech about Lady Nevra. She was sentenced to the front but on the way, Alyosha was ambushed and killed. The family thusly took over her fine of two million stenis, to be paid in two years. It did nothing to make her more popular within the Rabiashik family.

In 41 A.U., Paulos was captured by Shamibelians. The only remaining member of the Rabiashik family who was not at any time an Old City denizen was Ternesa. Despite her recent scandals, Ternesa was named Acting head of house.

In 42 A.U., Clan Leader Ania dissolved the Rabiashik house, disbanding its family members, for the actions of Ternesa-- which were not laid out explicitly in her judgement. Ternesa, to learn humility, was sentenced to a life of whoring at the White Dove Rising, joining her sister Paulina. Ternesa's children reside with Ladonna until Zellonos marries or a more concrete decision is reached regarding their home life.
