Overview
What Is the Religious Council?
The Religious Council is the gathering of the heads of all the temples. They meet regularly to attempt to decide the fate of the realms. Or little bunny rabbits.
Who Leads the Religious Council?
The leader of the Clan Council Meetings is the same as the leader of the Religious Council, known as the High Priest or Priestess of the Firan Realms. He or she holds the sacred Staff of the High Priest/Priestess that entitles him or her to such power and is currently held by Clan Leader Fidelia Ista Aldrik.

Meetings
Meetings are Scheduled on a sporadic basis, in the past there hasn't been a particular schedule but that may change along with the passing of the staff to Fidelia. They are held in the The Great Temple of Anarinuell at which violence is not allowed. Lots of screaming is ok though. You must be an initiate of a temple in order to attend.

Rules of the Council
Talking
Violence
Slapping, punching, and even poking is not allowed during Clan Council Meetings, but people frequently stomp, yell, slam the table, or break things.
Voting Order
Messengers
Messengers may not be sent or received during a Religious Council Meeting except at the discretion of the Honorary Clan Council Leader.
Quorum
The Religious Council may proceed with less than all the temples represented, however, the highest ranking member of a temple may represent their temple should the need arise.
