Request Trends
Requests are are player submitted tickets for work that is required by a wizard. A request may be as simple as a last name change or as complicated as a major code change.

Job Trends
Jobs generally take longer than requests and are often as wizard initiated as they are player initiated. Some of the larger Firan help files or code systems were created due to a job.

Help Requests
Help Requests are either player submitted tickets for work or automated requests made on behalf of a player. These type of requests are answered by our very large contingent of Player Helpers. Requests of these type my range from a birthday bonus on stats to updating player sheets when a character is rostered.
