Match 1
Roaring Bears 7-0 Chimera Panthers
After a slow start in the icy conditions, and a number of handling errors, Sir Parosh found space up the wing to score the only try of the match, evading tackles with a burst of sheer pace, finally grounding the ball for five points. Lady Seyhalia converted with ease, but the Chimera Panthers in the form of Mer Sharin made a valiant attempt to come back, driving his team forward for the majority of possession in the second half. A sublime tackle and ruck on the 5m line by the Bears full back, Lady Seyhalia, kept the score at 7-0, kicking the ball back up to the centre line with minutes remaining to play. As the clock counted down, a last gasp effort by the Panthers was closed down by Lady Seyhalia who wrestled the ball away and bundled it to touch to give the game to the Bears and earn herself the title of Man of the Match.

Match 2
Roaring Bears 6-0 Crusaders
A game where the scoreline didn't really reflect the play. The Crusaders had a streak of beautiful runs, coming agonisingly close several times in the form of Lord Rodiste to the tryline, but the Roaring Bears defence slowed the ball down, and piled it away every time. Not a pretty game of tackleball by any means, but hard fought on both sides. Mer Davonos looked almost certain to score, but put a foot into touch, which was picked up by the referee and a penalty was awarded to the Roaring Bears. At the restart, after a furtive attempt to drive the ball forward, Lord Arnax delivered a beautiful kick from the half way line to the corner flag, pinning the Crusaders right back onto their own try line, but their superior ball handling and rucking skills were enough to ensure that the Bears couldn't cross the line and score a try. The Crusaders, only 3 points behind, kept probing and probing at the Bears defence, which was starting to look shaky towards the end of the match, but an unnecessary tackle and resulting penalty made it necessary to score a converted try to win. The Bears' tactical decision to slow the ball down eventually frustrated the opposition, and a number of the crowd, ending the game without a corresponding score. Man of the match was awarded to Lord Arnax for his long, spiralling kick to touch, which could not have been better placed.

Match 3
Roaring Bears 3-3 Fighting Fifth
The Roaring Bears came out with a very defensive game plan, even for them, while the girls of the Fighting Fifth played a traditional game of hard running. With hardly any meters gained on the ground or in the passing game, it was Lord Arnax of the Roaring Bears who frequently kicked to touch as a means of moving the ball. This proved to be the manner with which the Roaring Bears managed to get their one score of the match, where in a display of great teamwork Lord Aldrin managed to get the ball after an Arnax kick, run a short distance, and then pass it on to Mer Eriden who kicked a beautiful drop goal to score the first points of the game. The Fighting Fifth countered with a one two punch of Dame Balinda and Mes Kalina running for a combined 110 meters while Mes Sabria supplied the intangibles for her team by throwing, attempting drop goals, and even picking off a Roaring Bear pass. The score-evening drive showcased the warrior spirit of the Fighting Fifth, driving down the field thanks to the running of Mes Kalina- and when she lost the ball deep in Roaring Bear territory... it was Sabria that managed to get it back, with no time left, and score the drop goal. Mes Kalina would be named Man of the Match for leading the late push to score and for being the game's top rusher with 70 meters.
